JaminG,

It seems that the Antichrist is not just one individual Bishop of Rome (BoR), but all the Caesars and Bishops of Rome. According to the iron of the statue in Daniel 2.

The iron is a nation that rules over Israel beginning at the invasion of Israel in 63 bc.. The head of that iron nation is Caesar until 476 ad and then the BoR of the RCC/Vatican, yes/no?

I have another conception about the statue of Daniel. For me it represents the ages that the human being must pass until the end of his age. If you observe each metal, it corresponds to its dominance over the medium in its time. Aora for example, we are in the legs, almost at the end of the whole. The legs are made of metal (iron) and today, iron dominates the world. Cars, tanks, machinery, etc etc, everything is metal. In the city of Neom the maximum expression of transhumanism will be given. Transhumanism perfectly represents the feet of Daniel's statue, since it is a union of people, dust-mud and iron, metal-machines.

Maybe it was possible that there were many Antichrists, I do not know, but the Bible speaks of Antichrist as one and the one that comes closest is John Paul II. I doubt that Cesar could be considered Antichrist, since he was a soldier, no matter how much rank he had.

JaminG,

I would agree that the metals are different ages. The different ages would be different gentile nations that ruled over the people of Israel, Babylon, Media/Persia, Greece, and Rome. That would put the beginning of the iron in 63 bc. What is your date for the beginning of the iron nation?

Caesar and Caesar worship ruled over the people of Israel for 500 years approx.. He destroyed Jerusalem and killed Israel.

After 476 ad., the rule of Rome and Caesar worship in the form of the RCC (holy father, god) continued to persecute Israel for the next 1500 years. I would say that Caesar and the BoR are the only ones that can fit the description.

You are looking for a future/present Antichrist, but he has been here all the time since the Caesars invaded Israel in 63 bc.
