1. If God loves us all so much why does he put us through all this pain on earth?
He allows trial here in order to teach us that we need Him and how to trust Him
2. How could god love someone as worthless as me?
You may feel worthless, but to Him, you are valuable enough to send His Son to die for you. God created man in order to share His love with someone who wanted that love and that would return that love to Him. He wants to walk with us just as Adam and Eve did before they fell. He sent His Son to restore that relationship with the Father. We could not do it ourselves because, in our hearts, we know how guilty we are. So, just like Adam and Eve, we try to hide from Him. Jesus made it possible for us to enter His presence without fear or guilt.
3. What happened to people when they sinned before the whole story of the cross?
They went to a place refered to as the "Bossom of Abraham". They were given the opportunity to believe in Jesus Christ once He was crucified. I am sure that most, if not all, did.
4. How do you know all of this is true and its not just some story someone made up once?
Once you hear the truth about the Lord, pray. He will reveal Himself to you. I listened to all the people that the Lord sent my way and I argued with all of them. But I would continuously pray to be shown the truth. God honored that. One day, I talked to an unsaved friend, and I told him that I knew they were right, but God hadn't brought me to the point of accepting His salvation yet. It wasn't until a week later that God, very miraculously, revealed Himself to me and, all by myself, I actually believed in Him and confessed Him as Lord. I know beyond the shadow of doubt that He is real and that He has made me part of Gods family. If you want this testimony in detail, just ask. Thekey here is, don't just emotionally jump into this. Don't do it just because someone said you have to. Pray and ask God to reveal Himself and He will answer. Then you will know beyand the shadow of doubt.
5. Why does this god make us seem like horrible people just because we don’t do what he wants?
His intention was never to make us seem like horrible people. It was just the opposite. When Gos instituted the law, it was for the purpose of leading us to salvation. Man didn't know how sinful he was until the law showed him. The law was a teacher, not a task master. Our inability to follow it allowed us to see that we needed a savior. But the law was never even intended for the gentiles, but only the Jews. It is mans idea to tie us all to the law again. By submitting to even one of those laws, we are bound to follow all 413 of them. We are under grace, not the law. We now have the Holy Spirit in us to cause us to be Holy from the inside instead of adherance to the written law.
6. What’s so bad about hell? Living here I feel like I’ve already been through it.
