Now, on this view I will say the following.....the things seen are not made of what they appear to be made of.....and we do know that atoms vibrate at particular frequencies...........it does seem quite plausible that it is all a big construct and or matrix style universe........even water does very strange things when subject to different frequencies.........and it also states that all things are upheld or sustained by the word of his power....in Greek -->stands together and all things will be dissolved at the end.....so.....there may be something to this view........

I get asked this. The best and shortest way I can answer that is God is outside of time. In fact God is not bound by physics, he created the laws of the universe. Man's definition of eternity is a series of events =Time. Eternity in God is Him Always Existing in the Eternal Past, the always Now, and eternal Future all at the same time.
Time does not affect God for He is a Spirit, and He cannot wear out, cannot wear away, cannot blow up, cannot disintegrate, cannot fall apart, for nothing can hurt God, and He is always the same, past, present, and future.

Which God said, I am the LORD, I change not, and Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Time only applies to the physical world, the creation.

And the truth is there is no such thing as time, for it does not exist as a universal principle, or in substance, and is a made up concept, and temporary.

Time is only a measuring tool for the creation from start to finish, to measure events, and to measure events on earth among people, to schedule events.

And the sun is the measuring tool, for the sun going up, and going down, and going up again, constitutes a day.

But before creation there is no sun, and after this heaven and earth pass away there is no sun, for at the New Jerusalem it is the Lamb that lights the new earth, and the sun is passed away.

So before the creation there is no time, and after this heaven and earth pass away, which the heaven shall melt with fervent heat, and the earth shall be burned up, there is no time.

Time only applies to the creation as a measuring tool for things scheduled, and is does not exist as a universal principle, or as a substance.

Before creation there is nothing scheduled, but things go on the same, and at the New Jerusalem there is nothing scheduled, but things go on the same, so there is no time to schedule things.

Time does not exist, but is like a ruler that measures inches, and feet, but time measures things scheduled, and that is all.

So there cannot be time travel, and a person cannot go back in time, or forward in time, or anything else they think that is linked to time, for it does not exist.

Everything is constant, and no matter how fast you go, or how slow you go, it does not affect time other than you are going faster, and slower, because time does not exist as a universal principle, or substance.

I don't care what people say concerning time, this and that, it is common sense that what they say in the science community is wrong thinking that time travel is possible, for do they have proof, or are they making this stuff up, for they cannot have proof although they think they might.

There is no such thing as time, for it does not exist, so time cannot affect God, for before creation there is no time, and after this heaven and earth pass away, there is no time.

I do not even have to look anything up, or study anything, for I thought about it for a minute, and said there is no time, for it is like a ruler, or an odometer, or a scale, and that is it, and nothing more.

When this heaven and earth pass away a ruler with not measure, an odometer will not measure, and a scale will not measure, for they will be gone, and time will not measure either, but it will be gone.

How can people think that time can always exist when the sun going up, and down, and up again, measures a day, but before creation there is no sun, so what measures a day, and after this heaven and earth pass away, the sun will be gone, so what measures a day.

The sun is the measuring tool for time, and the sun is a creation, and will pass away, so the made up, creation of time, as a non existent element, but basically in thought only, will pass away, and does not exist as a creation of a physical matter.

Time is basically a thought with no other principle, and even if it measures things as a schedule, it still does not exist in reality, and not in any part of the universe.

You could say that time exists as a wristwatch, and that is it.

Time to go to work, time to go to bed, time to eat dinner, but no time is actual existence.

You might as well count one Mississippi, two Mississippi, three Mississippi, and that is as close as you will get to time being a real thing.

1Ti 6:20 O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called.

Then God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years;

God created time as we know it.

God says he knows the end from the beginning.....you have to be outside of time to know this.
