30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

no, it suggests that God gives you the strength to endure all trials and overcome because He has overcome. He will teach us and give us rest.

Mat 11
28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

I don't think it about our life I think it is about our heart. Jesus lifts our heavy burdens, He frees us from our yokes, He asks us to love not to judge not to condemn to have mercy to forgive ..... this is not a burden love after all is our new man. Herein is where persecution enters and all the other things we are warned of including what to do when we face it.
