No they will not:

Hos 1:9-2:23
9 Then said God, Call his name Lo-ammi: for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God.

God in His anger temporarily disowns Israel

10 Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God.

yet God pledges to preserve them

11 Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of Jezreel.

This never happened before 1950 AD

2 Say ye unto your brethren, Ammi; and to your sisters, Ru-hamah.

God is now saying You are My peoplr and I will have mercy

2 Plead with your mother, plead: for she is not my wife, neither am I her husband: let her therefore put away her whoredoms out of her sight, and her adulteries from between her breasts;
3 Lest I strip her naked, and set her as in the day that she was born, and make her as a wilderness, and set her like a dry land, and slay her with thirst.
4 And I will not have mercy upon her children; for they be the children of whoredoms.
5 For their mother hath played the harlot: she that conceived them hath done shamefully: for she said, I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink.
6 Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns, and make a wall, that she shall not find her paths.
7 And she shall follow after her lovers, but she shall not overtake them; and she shall seek them, but shall not find them: then shall she say, I will go and return to my first husband; for then was it better with me than now.
8 For she did not know that I gave her corn, and wine, and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold, which they prepared for Baal.
9 Therefore will I return, and take away my corn in the time thereof, and my wine in the season thereof, and will recover my wool and my flax given to cover her nakedness.
10 And now will I discover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, and none shall deliver her out of mine hand.
KJV

14 Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her.
15 And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope: and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt.
16 And it shall be at that day, saith the Lord, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.
17 For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name.

18 And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground: and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will make them to lie down safely.

Still future

19 And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.

I will betroth thee v'erahs tich liy literally I will make you mine

20 I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the Lord.

21 And it shall come to pass in that day, I will hear, saith the Lord, I will hear the heavens, and they shall hear the earth;
22 And the earth shall hear the corn, and the wine, and the oil; and they shall hear Jezreel.
23 And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.
KJV

Zec 12:10-14:11
10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.12 And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart;13 The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart;14 All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.13 In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.2 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.3 And it shall come to pass, that when any shall yet prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the Lord: and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesieth.4 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision, when he hath prophesied; neither shall they wear a rough garment to deceive:5 But he shall say, I am no prophet, I am an husbandman; for man taught me to keep cattle from my youth.6 And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the Lord of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.14 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.3 Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.6 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.9 And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.10 All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king's winepresses.11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.

Israel was dispersed 1st when the babylonian destroy the first temple then the 2nd time when the Romans destroyed the second temple.
Now that they are back in the land, will they be dispersed again the third time? please support your opinion with verses.
They will not be dispersed again, for God has the plan to restore the kingdom on earth to the Jews, which will be the physical reign of Christ on earth, and Jesus will fulfill the role of the perfect King on earth for 1000 years, and then heaven and earth shall pass away.

Act 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?
Act 1:7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Act 1:9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
Act 1:10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
Act 1:11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

The disciples asked Jesus if the kingdom would be restored to the Jews at that time, and Jesus said the Father will do it in His time, but be concerned with preaching the Gospel.

Jesus will descend the same way He ascended, which He was on the Mount of Olives.

Eze 39:21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.
Eze 39:22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward.
Eze 39:23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.
Eze 39:24 According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them, and hid my face from them.
Eze 39:25 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;
Eze 39:26 After that they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and none made them afraid.
Eze 39:27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
Eze 39:28 Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.
Eze 39:29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.

God said He is going to gather the captivity of Jacob, the whole house of Israel, all 12 tribes, and put them on their land, and leave none of them in the nations anymore.

And when He does this He shall never hide His face from them again, and they will know the LORD their God from that day and forward, which to know that is to acknowledge Jesus as Messiah.

God will bring all the Jews out of the nations, and put them on their land, and will turn them to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah, and restore the kingdom to them.

The heathen shall know that God was always on Israel's side, but hid His face from them until they borne their shame, and then the kingdom was restored to Israel, and Jesus and the saints will rule over the heathen.

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
Rom 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

Israel is blinded in part, they accept the Old Testament for the majority, but do not accept Jesus, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in,when salvation is no longer available to the Gentiles, and so all Israel shall be saved, for God will turn Israel to the truth, and physical Israel shall be spiritual, and save them when the world attacks Jerusalem.

The man of sin will establish peace in the Middle East, and it will pave the way for all Jews to go to Israel, and the Jews, and the Gentiles, will be separated.

The Gentile nations will come together, and say,Peace and safety,as they try to establish peace on earth.

The Jews will split Jerusalem with the Palestinians, and will rebuild their temple with no hassle from the Palestinians, and since the Jews are blinded in part, they will go back to animal sacrifices.

Three and one half years later the man of sin will step in to their temple, and claim to be God,and their Messiah, and will address the world that he is God by harnessing the power of nature, and there is no personal God to help mankind,so he is top dog,and he will exalt himself above all that is called God,or that is worshipped, and exalt himself above all people.

He will speak like no other man spoke, understanding dark sentences, and will claim to have the best solution for there to be peace on earth, and all the people who do not love God will follow him,and when they take the mark, then repentance, and salvation,is no longer available to the Gentiles, and the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Then for three and one half years God will turn Israel to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah.

Rev 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Rev 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

The nation of Israel is protected for the 7 years period from physical attack, from the time the man of sin established peace in the Middle East, until the end of the 7 years period, which the beast makes war for the last three and one half years against all the saints that hold the testimony of Jesus Christ.

After the 7 years period God goes against the world by plagues, and the beast and the world attack Jerusalem, and that is when God will come back with the all the saints, and defeat the world, and save Israel.

Mat 23:37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
Mat 23:38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
Mat 23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

The Jews will not see Jesus again until they accept Him as Lord and Savior, but God turned them to the truth.

Zec 14:1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
Zec 14:2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
Zec 14:3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
Zec 14:4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
Zec 14:5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
Zec 14:12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming.

God's purpose is to gather all nations together against Israel, for it is the time for God to allow all people that do not love Him to follow the beast kingdom,so He can end this sin business on earth, and then the LORD will go forth and fight against those nations,as He did in the day of battle, when He fought for Israel.

And the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee, which in Joel 3,hither cause thy mighty ones to come down,O LORD,and in Revelation 19,Jesus comes back with all His saints.

Jesus shall come with all His saints, and step down on the Mount of Olives, for He descended the same way He descended, and the Mount of Olives shall split, and the Jews shall run in to that split, and the glory of Jesus will shine and defeat His enemies as their flesh melts off their bones.

Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

Jer 46:27 But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.
Jer 46:28 Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.

Jesus shall take over the earth, and rule with His saints for 1000 years, and the kingdom restored to the Jews, and no operating Gentile nation,or government.

Zec 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Zec 14:17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
Zec 14:18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
Zec 14:19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

The people that attacked Jerusalem that God spared, have to go up year after year to worship the LORD at Jerusalem.

There will not be a dispersion of the Jews, for God has the plan to bring them all out of the nations, and leave none of them in the nations, and restore the kingdom on earth to Israel.

The first attack on Jerusalem, and dispersed in to the nations, because they rejected Christ.

The second attack on Jerusalem,in which God saves them, because they accepted Christ.

So WHO is in the land of Israel today ? Is it all the Tribes of Israel or is it the 'JEWS only ?
Take a look at 2Kgs ch 17 - all of it - but v18 says 'Therefore the Lord was very angry with ISRAEL (they were already 2 separate Kgds by then - Israel and Judah) and removed them out of his sight; there was none left but the tribe of Judah only....they also had been in captivity but some had been allowed to return....but Israel was 'carried away 'unto this day v23.
The tribes of ISRAEL who had formed their own Kgd were carried away and are still lost today because of idol-worship (of sun-god/sunday) and disobedience.

Hi Muz, some people don't think it's a big deal because they don't take God serious !
I think it's more than just important - it is part of GOD's timing. He set aside a certain part of the week and sanctified it with HIS OWN PRESENCE just for us....so we can share in it and imbibe what He has for us ....to become what He wants us to be. We will never be holy if we reject what is holy to a holy God...it's our foundation.
So if the foundation is missing or wrong our eternal Hope will just collapse in the sand on Judgement day.
In the end it is what GOD says that matters, not what people think.

That is my understanding....even though it is no longer 'directly commanded to be kept in the NT....now we have a 'choice. In my opinion it would be a 'foolish choice to 'reject it.....but to each his own !

Is Israel going to be dispersed again?
Yes indeed, the nation of Israel will be dispersed once again at the end of this age (when Antichrist will destroy Jerusalem, along with the Temple and scatter the Jews who are still alive), just before the 2nd Coming of the Lord Jesus (when He comes to destroy the wicked, take His people home and set up the Millennium kingdom)! Matt 24v28, Luke 21v20-24 with Rev 11v8,15-19, 14v8, 17v5,8, Rev chapter 18 (all)...

This is why the Lord Jesus tells His people once they see Antichrist sitting in the Temple in Jerusalem claiming that he is God, they must FLEE! Matt 24v15-22.

The Lord made an eternal covenant with Abraham and his offspring, so those that do not see Israel as being back in the land are blind. There are people that are Jews in the land called Israel. It is the forgotten eteranl covenant made with Abraham about the land. I started a thread on it today.

It has nothing to do with dispensationalism, it has everything to do with the Lord and the Scriptures. As mentioned Acts 1:6 and Romans 11:1-10 shows that Paul believes that the Lord is not done with Israel. It is about the covenant that the Lord secure by Himself, He walked through the halves of the offerings when Abraham fell asleep in Genesis 17. Anyone who know about those covenants and how they were made, both parties would walk throught the offerings, but the Lord walked through them to asure that this covenant would be fulfilled.
