15 But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all;

I can see no indication where Jesus said, "Nope. Not you. Not God's will for you to be healed. Just these others."

However, it does indicate that they were those that "followed" him.
