And besides, I was talking about the QUOTED VERSES where Israel brings judgement to the Gentiles. I say we can't be joined with them until they come back to the tree. @Guojing
Okay I am trying to understand what you believe in.

We are currently not joined with Israel, because they have not "come back to the tree."

But we are "grafted in to God to bring forth fruit worthy of repentance"

But you believe that because of us joining into God, whatever God promised to Israel, we can also claim those promises for ourselves?

I believe so. Looking at the Scripture, the "land" given to Abraham seems to be the entire Earth.

Christ did not abolish any law, Christ plainly said so in Matthew 5:17-18. Christ gave us forgiveness from breaking the law, that is what nailing it to the cross means.
Gentiles were never at any time given the law to keep or break .... we were given the gospel

I disagree, but you know that already.
What a blessing it is to freely discuss scripture, even to disagree, keeping it only to scripture, no personal blaming. Thank you.

How can you follow Christ? You have no law to break, so you can not ask for forgiveness for breaking a law that is non existent. That leaves out the Lord's Prayer for you. You cannot separate Christ from the gospel.

Were not Philistines a Gentile people? (Genesis 20 & 26) Why did God speak to Abimelech and tell him about sinning? (the Law was not "received".)

I am in the Body of Christ, I have salvation from my sins now (Ephesians 1:7).

Would you rather wait until the new covenant begins with Israel, before receiving forgiveness of your sins? (Acts 3:19-21, Hebrews 8:8-12)

Which good news is better?
YOu think the New Covenant aint even started yet? MY MY...... The problems in this camp. Read the book of Hebrews.. Differences between the NEW and OLD covenants. WHat did Jesus say when He instituted the Lord's supper? The covenant is in HIS BLOOD which was SHED already.

I did, Hebrews 8:8-12 is all about future tense, "I will", "I shall". It did not state that it has been made.

Israel never accepted the New Covenant offer, as they did for the Old Covenant in Exodus 24.

I am not sure what you project "Israel" as. There sure are many orthodox Jews, but I'm also pretty sure many Hebrew descendants have accepted Jesus as Messiah (although number may be fewer.)

I am talking about the nation of Israel, when it was still God's favorite nation (Exodus 19:3-6)

For the Jews you are referring to today, they are no longer under the gospel of the kingdom, which requires them to accept Jesus as the promised Messiah/son of God (John 20:31)

They are saved like us now, by believing Jesus's died for their sins and rose again on the 3rd day (1 Cor 15:1-4)

Its in the future tense cause its QUOTING from JEREMIAH, thats why its in FUTURE TENSE...

Here are a FEW ONES I could think of:

Leviticus 18:24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:

Deuteronomy 18:12
For whoever does these things is detestable to the LORD. And because of these detestable things, the LORD your God is driving out the nations before you.

This is COMPLETELY unrelated to this topic so I apologize for that, but anyone who knows me on this forum knows im famous for BABBLING something off topic, but its cause I dont wanna make a whole new thread about it just to say it:

I find this same principle working in the former Christian EUROPE today, where the european nations have forsaken God and now they are being overrun by the islamic peoples.

You're twisting my word, brother. I also said
The tree is God, the branch is Jesus Christ, the Gentiles are grafted in to the tree to bring forth fruit worthy of repentance, and Israel also must come back to its OWN house/tree, and then we're joined with them in Jesus name.
NAILED IT! Thats exactly how it is. BTW Can I ask how many Christians are there in Japan? Hows life over there? God bless you! I hope Japan gets a revival on its hands too!

Next there is no faith in the law.( Gal 2:11-14) You will also notice something about the writing of the Ten Commandments, there is nothing about prayer.Thought that was most interesting myself.

And the reason I believe no prayer was added is because there prayer would have no effect against the law! But with Jesus there is hope because of what he accomplished just for all of us!

When the author of Hebrews quoted it again, you noticed that he stick to the future tense too?

He wrote that, after the cross, and still use the future tense.

Obviously your doctrine "WHat did Jesus say when He instituted the Lord's supper? The covenant is in HIS BLOOD which was SHED already." is suspect.

There was no law in the garden of Eden, it wasn't until sin was introduced that the law was given. The Lord not only responded with the law to guide us in our life in this world, but gave a way (in eternal time, not in our kind of time) of being forgiven for breaking that law that was perfected in Christ.

We are blessed with the longest psalm, the 119th psalm, that tells us all about the law. Along with the 23rd psalm, if you memorize it and live by it you will receive blessings as we are told in scripture, especially as we are given the fruits of the spirit.

Salvation is our overall, greatest blessing we can have. By knowing the law we can know what sins we are to give to the Lord for His forgiveness as long as we obey through the spirit of the Lord, with love, not legalistically. It results in our salvation. To live, guided by the law is our second, precious blessing.

I understand! I just read God's Word as I am simple, for what it is,not for what I wish to choose to make it mean. I judge no one in what they wish to believe, that is our business,I just never wish for anyone to preach the law over grace as those who do this are in for a double accursed, only place found is here in Gal 1:6-10. There was, and is no grace whatsoever in the law, please check out Deaut 28:1-68 there is no grace according to the law, hence why when it was given there was no prayer needed, for prayer requires faith and as stated in Gal 2:11-14 there is no grace in the law.Faith is in Jesus not in the law.
