Delusional disorder, previously called paranoid disorder, is a type of serious mental illness — called a “psychosis”— in which a person cannot tell what is real from what is imagined. The main feature of this disorder is the presence of delusions, which are unshakable beliefs in something untrue. That's what's going on now where some in the church can't see the false gospel with a false form of repentence & a belief that they can't do anything evil enough to mess their salvation up.
The delusional disorder in the Falling Away won't be diagnosed, & no cure will be found. The world is already somewhat delusional, so its doctors won't see those coming out of the church with it. Only the true church will be able to see it, & then many won't notice. It's something spiritually discerned.
