Can a man go to the heaven after kill himself (he doesn't do anything wrong )?
However, Mr. Leung was a great man. He involved two revolutions, the first revolution was failed, I don't hope he will see the revolution of our time is failed too.
Greetings Brother and welcome to CC...
Here is a link written by The Christian Post this past September that does a decent job of casting a broader net across the vast synopses that touch upon this topic.
"Is Suicide a Pardonable Sin?"
Infamous picture/story of Monk who committed Self-Immolation
Thích Quảng Đức (Vietnamese:
[tʰǐk̟ kʷâːŋ ɗɨ̌k] (
listen); 1897 – 11 June 1963;
born Lâm Văn Túc) was a
Vietnamese Mahayana Buddhist monk who burned himself to death at a busy
Saigon road intersection on 11 June 1963.
[2] Quảng Đức was protesting the persecution of Buddhists by the
South Vietnamese government led by
Ngô Đình Diệm. Photographs of his
self-immolation were circulated widely across the world and brought attention to the policies of the Diệm government.
John F. Kennedy said in reference to a photograph of Đức on fire, "No news picture in history has generated so much emotion around the world as that one."
[3] Malcolm Browne won a
Pulitzer Prize for his photograph of the monk's death.
[4][5]
...Several Buddhist monks followed Quảng Đức's example, also immolating themselves. Eventually, a U.S.-backed
Army coup toppled Diệm, who was
assassinated on 2 November 1963.
Self-immolation is the act of killing oneself for political or religious reasons, particularly by burning. It is often used as an extreme form of protest or in acts of martyrdom. It has a centuries-long recognition as the most extreme form of protest achieved by humankind.
BTW - I have been to Hong Kong three times during it's independence - wonderful experience (before it was returned to China in 1997)... So I can empathize with your depiction of this scenario...
God Bless - praying for the people of Hong Kong...
