The Holy Spirit filled the room
Scripture says that is where the spirit of the antichrist dwell.
1 John 4:1Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world....[SUP]
3 [/SUP]And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. [SUP]
4 [/SUP]Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
and the Lord went over my day in depth with a fine tooth comb...and I mean EVERYTHING. Every word and the heart intent behind it, every thought and the motive behind it. Even if one thing had 10% pride attached to my action or 1% selfishness attached to my action or thought, everything was seen and highlighted in His light and presence. He dissected it into good and sin.
Satan has been known to be the accuser of our brethren so he would be a nitpicker at that.
Revelation 12:10And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ:
for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
By those two points of Truth, I testify that what you had experienced was not the Holy Spirit when He was already within you and thus not needing to "fill the room".
NEVER have I ever had a day without sin BUT my heart every day is to be more like Him changing from glory to glory.
People do not realise how far we have fallen from glory...from that perfection.
YES we can live a life walking WITH the Holy Spirit, feeling His conviction in all we do and choosing to do what is right but if you firmly believe that you are totally without sin and have reached perfection then you need to get into Gods light to see yourself clearer.
When you are doing the best you can, you will fail if you place your hope on yourself to do the best you can by not sinning.
Galatians 3:O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? [SUP]
2 [/SUP]This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? [SUP]
3 [/SUP]Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? [SUP]
4 [/SUP]Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.
We are to place our hope on Christ in being our Good Shepherd and our confidence should be in Him in helping us lay aside every weight & sin so we can run that race to be that vessel unto honour in His House.
1 John 3:[SUP]
3 [/SUP]And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
Philippians 1:[SUP]
6 [/SUP]Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:...[SUP]
9 [/SUP]And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; [SUP]
10 [/SUP]That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ. [SUP]
11 [/SUP]Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
1 John 5:1Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him....[SUP]
4 [/SUP]For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. [SUP]
5 [/SUP]Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
Jude 1:[SUP]
24 [/SUP]Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, [SUP]
25 [/SUP]To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
So where you place that hope on is key because those that put it on themselves in doing the best they can to not sin or doing the best they can to follow Him, will draw back when He appears because they will know they have fallen short, BUT those that place their hope on Him, He will have pleasure in them because they will be rushing towards Him with thanksgiving.
Hebrews 10:[SUP]
37 [/SUP]For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. [SUP]
38 [/SUP]Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. [SUP]
39 [/SUP]But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.
