They were safe in the ark but, the ark went through the storm it was not taken up now you are putting words there that are not there. Also in the time of trouble God's people will be safe 'in Christ'. Stick with words in the Bible don't add words that are not there.

Don't add words that are not in the bible, just like u did? or only I cannot add words but you can?

Well, nothing more I can say
now... Since Jesus talked about Lot and Noe
tell me the similar things that noe and lot had?
now was in the arc, and the flood came, the arc when up..
Lot, was taking out of sodoma right before the fire came?

So, does your view of noe match?
or does my view match?

You did add words you were talking about Noah and said they were "taken up" but, where does it say in Genesis they were taken up? Also with lot

Luke 17:26-30
(26) And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
(27) They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
(28) Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
(29) But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
(30) Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

So that means when God's people are taken the same day the earth will be destroyed along with the wicked

Revelation 16:19-20
(19) And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
(20) And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
Jeremiah 4:23-26
(23) I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.
(24) I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly.
(25) I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled.
(26) I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger.

But the ark went through the storm it was not taken up or out of the storm, also the wicked were destroyed by the flood so how do you relate that to what Jesus said "as in the days of Noah and lot". All the wicked were destroyed in both times. When Jesus returns the wicked are destroyed.

But how will God destroy the wicked ones, when you are still in earth?
The flood came when God close the door.....

Revelation 3 I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door(the ark?)
(the way out of sodoma), and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.

and if you want to understand the rapture, you have to study the old testament too...
The rapture is hard to understand.. I dont blaimed you for not understand it...

Do ou study the old testament, or only the verses in the new testament that talk about the rapture?

When Jesus returns and we meet him in the air then are the wicked destroyed and God's people go to heaven for 1000 years.

John 14:2-3
(2) In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
(3) And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

The rapture is not hard to understand just read the Bible and believe but, you are just 17 and have alot to learn.

I study all the Bible do you? the reason why you do not quote the Bible is because you prefer to put your interpretation into the Bible. Jesus used all the Bible if you want people to take you seriously then quote the Bible otherwise it is just other opinion with no foundation.
Luke 24:27
(27) And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them
in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
Matthew 4:4
(4) But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Matthew 4:7
(7) Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
Matthew 4:10
(10) Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Something that seems to be missing in some of your replies is this same line of reasoning given by Jesus in Luke 17.

Luk 17:32 Remember Lot's wife.
Luk 17:33 Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it.
Luk 17:34 I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed: the one will be taken and the other will be left.
Luk 17:35 Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left.
Luk 17:36 Two men will be in the field: the one will be taken and the other left." [118]

Notice that Jesus first begins with remember Lot's wife. Now I ask you was Lots wife saved or did she die?

Answer:
Gen 19:26 But his wife looked back behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
Lots wife died because she did not obey.

now Jesus uses the some taken some left description. so what does he mean by some taken?

Answer:
Luk 17:37 And they answered and said to Him, "Where, Lord?" So He said to them, "Wherever the body is, there the eagles will be gathered together."
Notice that they answered and asked where Lord? in other words they wanted to know where the one is taken. and Jesus answered that where the body is there the eagles gathered.

the word eagles here denotes a bird of prey which takes away to kill or to eat of of dead flesh. we would say it like this where the body lies there the vaulters will be gathered. this is what Jesus is saying and it is quite plain. the birds of prey/eagles will be gathered at the bodies of those who are taken.

With this in mind let us examine Matthew briefly. I will not go into detail because I think anyone who is truly open to Gods truth will find the rest I do not mention by themselves.

It is pertinent to mention here that the phrase that is used in luke to answer where they are taken is also used in Matthew.

Mat 24:27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Mat 24:28 For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.

notice at the coming of the son of man the eagles will be gathered at the carcass/dead bodies.

Mat 24:40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left.
Mat 24:41 Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.

When does this happen? the word is "then" so let us look backward to see when "then" is.

answer:
Mat 24:39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
So "then" is the second coming of the son of man. before we go on how will the son of man come?

answer:
Act 1:11 who also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven."

anyway let us continue. so this one will be taken will happen at the coming of Jesus as seen in verse 39 and we see there that it is also likened to the flood. in what way?

Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Mat 24:38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,
Mat 24:39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.

notice the three verses together they start with the coming of Jesus and end with the coming of Jesus so there is no doubt here that this flood illustration has to do with the coming of Jesus. but in what way?

Answer:
Mat 24:39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away...
So the message here is their life was going on as normal as seen in verse 38 and then here we are told "until the flood came and took them all away"

So Jesus is saying that the wicked were taken away or killed by the flood. Thus Jesus is making the point where taken away is referring to those who will die in their sins as opposed to those who are left eg Noah and his family.

This can be understood as a warning to those who are not ready at all times for the coming of Jesus.

Mat 24:48 But if that evil servant says in his heart, 'My master is delaying his coming,' [137]
Mat 24:49 and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards,
Mat 24:50 the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of,
Mat 24:51 and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

those who are not ready will be in trouble they will have their lives taken away.

It is very clear through the word of God that those who are taken away are those who die in their sins. while those who are left are only left because God protects them.

May God richly bless you through the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Type in e-sword on the net and go to it it is a free program to download an electronic Bible it is very good for study. You can do a search by a Hebrew or Greek word and it will show you the texts where they are found and the different words it is translated into
