Not only is this the first Christian song I have ever written, it is the first Christian song I have ever performed other than Christmas carols. I have been singing for over 35 years and I have written other songs over the years but I have never sang worship music, as a performer anyway, as I have of course sang Christian songs at services as part of congregations.
