When we take our sins to Christ for forgiveness, we con't tell Jesus to look at how we have made ourselves sinless by never having a sinful deed or thought, or to forgive because of our works. We know it is our faith in God that lets us be cleaned by Christ, and then it is as if we never sinned.

I don't see how it could then be that this righteous, sinless person we are through Christ should question about trying to stay that way by not sinning. It would be like cleaning a child and dressing him in white starched clothes and telling him to go put mud on them. You know that child will get dirty, but you ask him not to play in the mud.

Fruits are the result of salvation. But it seems the error has gone forth that, you can be saved and not have any fruits, because fruits is being falsely put across as works you do to gain salvation.

I know in my personal experience abiding in Christ I not easy but I believe it is for salvation

John 15

6 If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.

If you do not remind in me .............. thrown up into fire and burn

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

2. If Jesus says "a man", an unfruitful branch means there are two kinds of disciples here present. The real and the false. The false do not bear fruit while the true real believers, branches bears fruit,more fruit and much fruit.

3. Thus the story is not about losing salvation of the saved, rather the branches that do bear fruit meaning unsaved false disciples, who are unsaved are going to be burn.

This is my equation

Faith = salvation + good work as a fruit

I do not believe a man have a faith but hate Jesus, so faith in jesus also mean love Jesus
And love Jesus mean love other

Love other mean help other or good work

So good work not save you but salvation bear fruit of good work

But the story is if a branch not bear fruit go to hell isnt it.

You believe the branch that not bear fruit is false disciples

There is correlation between believe in God or love God and good work,

Again according to the Bible if a man say love God and not love other he is lie.

1 john 4:20

In other word if a man claim to have faith in Jesus bhate other he is not save, not because salvation by work but because the fact that he do not love other mean he do not love God and do not expect God hater go to heaven, heaven is resident for god lover

The saints that are sealed are the ones that depart from iniquity.

If a person holds unto sin then the blood of Jesus cannot wash it away because they will not give it up, which many say they cannot abstain from sin then that means they are holding on to sin.

Jas 5:20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

If a person that has been saved holds unto sin they are considered a sinner again, and their soul is in the position of death, and they need to be converted again.

Some people when they confess Christ do not want to give up sins, and want to enjoy money and material things above their needs, enjoying things that are not a necessity to survive which neglects the poor and needy, for they love enjoying their wants above loving people.

But have an excuse that they are alright despite their sins.

They are ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth for they will not let go of the flesh, but want to enjoy things of the flesh and believe it does not affect their relationship with God.

The Bible says turn away from these people.

For the Lord knows them that are His having this seal, for this is what seals the saints, and how they are led of the Spirit, that those that name the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

But they do not want to depart from iniquity, but want to enjoy sins, fleshy pleasures, and enjoy their wants, money and material things above their needs.

Because thats what you are saying here, your additive to the formula for salvation..

Salvation is dependent on the Good work of Jesus, not us. There is no boasting for us.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Salvation not of works, but the thief will change his ways after he has been touched by God. His renewed conscience will bother him. God will direct his path so he will stop stealing.

Are you thoroughly confused about salvation or what? Just get back to basics first.

Does God give the GIFT of eternal life to those who deserve it, or is it purely by the grace of God that undeserving sinners are justified, saved, and receive the gift of eternal life? All your questions have been answered in Titus 2:11-14.

11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

On the matter of boasting. God say salvation is a free gift so that we should not boast that we earned His salvation. But now that we are saved we have a different attitude toward sin. Our aim is to please God, and not say in our hearts: let us sin that grace may abound.

Rev 3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.
Rev 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

Jesus said if their works were lacking, or not perfect before God, that they are to repent, and if not He would go against them.

2Ti 3:4 lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
2Ti 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Some people when they confess Christ do not want to give up sins, and want to enjoy money and material things above their needs, enjoying things that are not a necessity to survive which neglects the poor and needy, for they love enjoying their wants above loving people.

But have an excuse that they are alright despite their sins.

They are ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth for they will not let go of the flesh, but want to enjoy things of the flesh and believe it does not affect their relationship with God.

The Bible says turn away from these people.

For the Lord knows them that are His having this seal, for this is what seals the saints, and how they are led of the Spirit, that those that name the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

But they do not want to depart from iniquity, but want to enjoy sins, fleshy pleasures, and enjoy their wants, money and material things above their needs.
Make sense if branch not bear fruit will be burn, mean hell

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Salvation not of works, but the thief will change his ways after he has been touched by God. His renewed conscience will bother him. God will direct his path so he will stop stealing.
I agree, not by work do not mean ok to steal

Are you thoroughly confused about salvation or what? Just get back to basics first.

Does God give the GIFT of eternal life to those who deserve it, or is it purely by the grace of God that undeserving sinners are justified, saved, and receive the gift of eternal life? All your questions have been answered in Titus 2:11-14.

11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
The last word of this verse is interesting
Peculiar people, zealous of good work

This gift is for man that want to do good work, not man that want to steal
