I posted a comment on the September 15 thread and was advised to start a new post about it so here goes.
John Haggee has made a fortune from his books about the last days. His latest offering 'Four Blood Moons'
has started something of a buzz on this site. But before anyone heads for the hills to prepare for the
tribulation/rapture I suggest they go to his web site which can be found at ........

His Church is planning to have a day of Fun Food Fellowship and Games on 23 OCTOBER 2015

How can anyone take this mans word seriously when he obviously doesn't believe what he says.
What will he be doing this month? Laughing all the way to his bank I should think. I would be interested
to read your thoughts about Haggee and other alleged Prophets who are making a huge Profit from peoples
gullibility.

Although I don't see much in the Blood Moon thing my understanding is that the "Big Events" occur within a year or so from the year of the blood moons...not on the same day.

I think he's a hack and I believe the blood moons prophecies he promotes are very different to those found in the Bible.

John Hagee is a liar. 1John 2:22. Who is a liar but he that Denys that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-christ, that denys the Father and the Son.
He has said that Jesus did not come as messiah.

Like I said, liars and thieves are in abundance in Christendom. Wake me up when you get there! My lips are swollen for blowing this trumpet! Wish some would get out of the wagon and help me push!

Can you give documentation that Hagee denies Jesus is the Messiah...unless you be found a liar?

I don't put much stock in Haggee himself....but for sure the sun, moon and stars were made for 4 reasons...one of them being signs....this is the last tetrad for the next 800 plus years and if I remember right there are some 21-23 things taking place in September of significance such as high holy days, blood moons, possible disarmament attempts by the government, financial distress, new reserve currencies coming online etc.........No one can know the particular DAY or HOUR......doesn't say anything about month or year........

When will Christians tire of biting and devouring one another??????????????????????????????????? The enemy just has to get the right topic going and the biting and devouring begins and seems to never stop. The enemy is not the other Christian, the enemy is the devil who seeks to kill, steal and destroy. Why do his work for him?

A very good point, yes. But we're also to squash false teachings. This is a false teaching.

Three Jewish Holidays in September...

Feast of Trumpets - Rosh Hashanah -Sept 14

Day of Atonement - Yom Kippur -Sept 23

Feast of Tabernacles - Sukkot -Sept 28-Oct 5th

(The only thing that raises my interest about this last blood moon in Sept., is that it is the only one of the four that will be seen from Israel.)

My thoughts on this blood moon junk:
1. I can't wait until September 18th. (I give it two days to be the big talk that we didn't die again.)

2. Didn't Haggee get his 15 minutes of fame in the 70's or 80's?

3. Just shoot me for entering yet another post on this.

To be truthful I have not taken this event lightly, call me foolish if you will but it seems that this event always involved Israel.
A few months ago before I heard of the blood moons the Lord directed my attention to his feast and the calender year why I dunno but it's been interesting to say the least.
As we well know the bible talks about signs and wonders in the heavens, Jesus did also and the book of revelation talks about the moon turning to blood so simple me has heeded caution on the matter.
I don't know much about haggee if he's for real or not but if God can make a ass speak......

Unfortunately false teaching isn't all that gets squashed and -that- is the issue and the problem when Christians bring down other Christians before the world. Goes along with the principle of not taking a brother to court before the unsaved community and how love covers a multitude of sin.

As I understand it the only one to be seen in Israel will appear very faintly just before dawn. In any case if it supposed to be so important to Israel I would think they would see all four very clearly.

Always seems to me that the people who are boldest to speak the truth are the ones that get called false prophet.

It is no coincidence the blood moons fall on Jewish holidays.

John Hagee has never denied Christ and has never said we were going up in the rapture on the next blood moon, or whatever was implied. He is also not the only well known pastor who sees alot of significance in the blood moons and current events. One I hear does say we could possibly have several more years here.

I think sometimes even Christians cannot seem to tolerate somebody who speaks the truth boldly.

Haven't read much about this topic but have listened to John Hagee in times past and he is for sure a brother. Although some Christians may not agree with his teaching on certain biblical topics that is no reason to throw the man under the bus calling his heart and character into question. He always has had a strong way of preaching and teaching and God has certainly blessed him.

I hear you Sas. Few here tolerate me. And I use scripture. Others come in there own name with great signs and wonders and they have to beat the crowds back. Another comes in Christs name who has been in Midian for 40 years waiting in the wings, being proven and stripped to the bone, and he is cast out into the drought.
