Sorry Jason, God IS the author of confusion. "Nothing happens in this world unless God causes it or allows it to happen." which is one of the few things that J.Vernon Mcgee was right about, but He is in the process of removing that confusion. Right now it is part of His process of Justification. which is why we have so many different translations, and so many denominations and different religions. All faiths that have "do unto others as you would have them do unto you," were created by God to see if we could treat others the way we wanted to be treated, if we disagreed about one critical point of theology, as Jesus said, people think I came to bring peace, but I bring fire, a sword.
