V1 'There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in CHRIST JESUS, who walk not after the flesh, but after the HOLY SPIRIT'.
v2 For the Law of the HOLY SPIRIT of life in CHRIST JESUS (New Covenant) had made me (Apostle Paul) free from the Law of sin and death (Old Covenant).
v3 For what the Law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, GOD sending HIS own SON in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemn sin in the flesh.
Apostle Paul speaks about the New Covenant SPIRITUAL Law had free him from the Old Covenant, Law of sin and death.
v4 That the righteousness of the Law of the Old Covenant might be fulfilled in us, only to those who walk not after the flesh, but after the SPIRIT.
v5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh, but they that are after the SPIRIT the things of the SPIRIT of the New Covenant that is in the inspired Holy Bible.

John 6;
v63 It is the spirit that resurrects and the flesh profits nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit and they are life.
v64 But there are some of you who believe not..........................................................................
v65 ...................Therefore I said unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my FATHER to come.

Want to take out the not so reliable epistle of Sir James out of the Holy Bible? Aren't you behaving like the Pope?
Want to still go on like babies: 'that we are not justified by works of the Law but by faith'.
Isn't that mentioned faith actually talks about the initially free gift of GOD, giving us free excess into HIS Kingdom here on earth first, as we come like a child?
Then continue in learning the inspired Holy Scriptures and then abide/continue/keep the words of JESUS according to the New Covenant, which GOD made with us by the shed blood of HIS SON, in order to live to become free from sin and exceed in righteousness.
John 8; 30-36, justifies the LORD our GOD's Tread.
