Why do you believe Satan has power over the earth still? Jesus holds the keys to death and hell since the cross. He is building His church since Pentecost and said the gates of hell will not prevail against it. He also says He has all power and authority. Doesn't sound to me like Satan has dominion.

Not everyone undergoes the dramatic version of demon possession
portrayed by Hollywood, but for sure everybody, without exception,
undergoes the subtle version of demon possession portrayed by the Bible.
● Eph 2:1-3 . . As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in
which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the
ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who
are disobedient.
● 2Tim 2:23-26 . .The Lord's servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be
kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. Those who oppose him he
must gently instruct, in the hope that God will grant them repentance
leading them to a knowledge of the truth, and that they will come to their
senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to
do his will.
● 1John 5:19 . .We know that we are children of God, and that the whole
world is under the control of the evil one.
The version of demon possession discussed in those passages is sort of like
the Matrix wherein Morpheus told Neo that people can't see their situation
till they're out of it. I just have to wonder sometimes how many people
talking about the Devil are manipulated by his spirit-world minions and don't
know it.

“Why shouldn’t he when you pay him so well?” Satan scoffed. “You have always protected him and his home and his property from all harm. You have prospered everything he does—look how rich he is! No wonder he ‘worships’ you! But just take away his wealth, and you’ll see him curse you to your face!”
And the Lord replied to Satan, “You may do anything you like with his wealth, but don’t harm him physically.”
So Satan went away; and sure enough, not long afterwards when Job’s sons and daughters were dining at the oldest brother’s house, tragedy struck.
Note: Satan, Evil has to get permission! Therefore as born again from God through Son, we can rejoice, ice at troubles can't we?
I have been through them too, and many are going through and som will syill go through them while here on earth.
Comparing here to Eternity, I see to stand in trust to Gods no mater what troubles come along, the same as Job did. Loving the last Chapter, hating the world counselors, and seeing not to get proud as if I am better than others ever. I am not, I need God 24/7 daily, how about anyone else?

If we repent and start to fill our hearts with the things of God found in the gospel believing him it will humble us and draw us near to God because we believe

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
( we’re in a struggle against evil in the world )
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:”

We have been well equipped to make a stand against the enemy ! informed of a battle plan and equipped with armor and weapons of light to overcome, if we ever make the decision to resist. If we ever repent and become humble before the lord we’ll be prepared and equipped for battle and victory in his name

indeed notice the transfer of power from Satan to the beast and his many heads but the dragon is being worshipped and his Will was to go to war with the remnant of saints and church . And even as the latter beast appears it’s still the power and Will of the dragon operating in those beasts ( men )
“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:”

Sure, I believe Jesus can save anyone he chooses at any time and I’ve heard seen many beautiful stories of Muslims encountering Jesus and Atheist encountering Jesus, but let’s keep it 100% real.. it’s not the norm, and I feel so blessed beyond words to know Jesus and to come from a nOn Christian family. You have entire nations like Saudi where Christianity is 0.1%.

(he sends another more enticing invite mentioning the food and celebration )
But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: ( they chose other worldly things )
and the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. ( now they are tormenting and killing the messengers )
But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: ( he becomes angry because of what they did )
and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
( he destroys them all for it and then sends the invite out to everyone since the chosen ones weren’t worthy )
Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.”

My point is that despite what Satan might do, Jesus possesses all power and all authority. Satan is impotent in relation to Christ. There is a day coming when every knee shall bow before Jesus and the multitudes of heaven are representative of every nation, tribe, kindred, and tongue. The earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord and the kingdoms of this world will become the kingdoms of our God and of His Christ.

Original sin was caused by satans deception of thier mind so my thought is that Satan deceived man and then man was corrupted by the knowledge of good and evil and began operating by that corrupt Will it’s like a snare set within us by Satan
