That depends on the love. This is another reason why english is so irritating. We take 3 words in the greek defining different very specific areas of love and clump it all into one word. I mean God's Love for my fiance is very different than my love for her. When the Bible says God is Love it can be confusing to some that have had horrible experiences with 'love'.
