17. Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but the corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. (Matthew 7:17-18)

So like it is written, that a good tree can not bring evil fruit, so there is no excuse to do sin.

If the fruits are bad, then the whole tree is bad.

We can not live our life's like good and bad, and if we try to do that, then the tree is bad, and the good fruit's what we think that we make in , are not good, because the man who try to live like good and bad life, do not know God, and can not make fruit's according to the will of God.

Jesus also said that He is the vine and we are only the branches. And to bear fruit, we must abide in Him. Because it is HIS fruit that will be expressed through us if we do.

This points to the need to be reborn or regenerated.

Those who are unsaved have an evil nature and cannot produce good works. Those who are saved possess the divine nature and produce good works. There's no way you can start producing good fruits until your nature is changed, and this is done by God.

If you are a sinless perfectionist who claims that you never sin, though, you're a liar or self deceived. I John 1 is clear on this. Christians do have incidences of sin throughout their lives, although sin doesn't characterize their life.

Here are some incidences where true believers sinned:

Scripture is very clear about the shortcomings of believers. Here are some examples of believers who sinned:
· Abraham lied and showed a lack of faith when he said Sarai was his sister rather than wife (Genesis 12)
· Noah got drunk after the Flood (Genesis 9)
· David committed adultery with Bathsheba and had her husband killed (2 Samuel 11)
· Samson had sex with a prostitute (Judges 16:1)
· Peter denied Christ three times, and committed the sin of favoritism (Matt 26, Gal 2:11-13)
· The Corinthian man was involved in sexual activity with his stepmother (I Corinthians 5)
· The Corinthian congregation committed sin in ignoring the activity between the man and his wife (I Corinthians 5)
The fact that saints committed sin doesn’t justify our sins, but simply point to the fact that we are all human and stray from God at times and sin.

In many ways we all err, but if we continue to sin, and do not learn from our err's then we produce bad fruit, but if we learn for our err the fruits are good.

I do not sin anymore, and I that my God for that.

Christians should not sin, even though err will happen's in the beginning of our path, but if we can not grow out in those err, then there is something what we do wrong in our life.

Usually it is love for this world, and money, which choke the growth of the seed.

You never fall short of the holiness of God? That is defined as sin.

Do you ever fail to do good when you should? Do you ever fail to extend mercy and compassion to those who need it and you are able to?

I believe most of the reason people think they are sinless is that they pull God's holiness down to a low level so they can meet it. In fact, their standard for sinlessness becomes themselves and what they think is right or wrong.

The problem with this is that we deceive ourselves into thinking we are good when we are not. Our minds are capable of doing that.

I remember that I was studying the Bible and trying my best to do what is right for about four months after I began seeking God. I thought I had cleaned up my act, with God's help.

God caused events to be replayed in my mind, along with bringing Scriptures to mind, that convicted me of the underlying deceptive nature of the sin in my life. I was then able to understand my true nature, and to place my faith in Jesus Christ for salvation.

Ask God to reveal your true nature, as you cannot see it yourself. He must reveal it to you. Even if you think you have your life cleaned up, sin is deceitful and causes you to think you are good when you are not. If you come to see this, you will realize that you have a continuing need for God's grace. If you think you are sinless now, you are oblivious to your continuing need for God's grace. That is the biggest problem with sinless perfectionism. You are in desperate need for God's grace continually and if you don't know it, you're in bad shape.

Jer 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?

Heb 13:13 But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.

Prov 14:12 There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.

I John 1:8-9 [SUP]8 [/SUP]If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. [SUP]9 [/SUP]If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If you are saved, the Holy Spirit will reveal this to you over time though. We never stop needing God's grace and his cleansing.

Only God is good, says our Lord, but that do not make his bad, or sinner.

The sin is like hanging on the man, in his flesh, but the difference is that are we obey to flesh, or obey to the Spirit of God, do we follow our temptations to sin, or are we obedience to God's will, which we have come to know?

And I do need the grace of God, but that do not mean, that I have to sin.

It is not good to think that we are sinners, it is not the doctrine of our Lord Yeshua.

The trouble with your focus, Mikko is that too much of our attention would be centered on ourselves - and less on Christ.

Remember, it is a fact that you become what you mostly look at. Let us keep our eyes and attention on Christ and worship him.
