Luther struck the match when the tinder was dry.

Luther may have been the catalyst, but dissatisfaction with the corruption and false doctrine of the RCC had already been expressed earlier. John Wycliffe and Jan (John) Hus preceded Luther.

peter was a man, so to you only those in the Bible are not men,
i actually feel bad foryou, he did the law thing and it diddn't work the jews do the law and it doesn't work, churches all across america do the law thing and it doesn't work.

pull up the stats on the decline of the church, its because the law doesn't work.
didn't work then and the elitist americans oh we can do it.

if Jesus is our healing which he is if you believe, then why is the church the sickest people in the world
THE LAW CANNOT BE KEPT

JESUS IS THE WAY martin luther realized that and went to Jesus for salvation

Have I denied the Messiah is the way?

Luther is not in scripture.... Peter is.. so I'm not sure where you go with that.

Now the state of the church is because of authors of confusion.. doctrines of men.. and here you are making an hero of a man that created a belief system...

You are yet to believe because the law of faith works...

You can feel sorry for me if I deserve your pity...

So what i see here, is that you probably don't believe in the gifts of the spirit.
and you don't believe that God talks to man.

if you don't mind i would like to test you as to whether your spiritual or religious

Jesus said " If I be lifted up, I will draw all ---------- to me. what word fits in there,

if you understand the bible, you will have an answer

i can witness of the Holy Spirit that I was Baptized with.. and that is why I share freely with those that are yet to receive.

Good news my friend the Holy Spirit answered correctly... now if I'm lying then So help me GOD who will deal with me accordingly.

Are you not the man that thought the Messiah had not the Spirit? Not to accuse but how could you not know this if the Holy Spirit teaches you?

Now, wash the awe of Martin Luther from your eyes and seek the Truth.

It is too bad that Luther was so anti-semitic. I can't get past his comments on the Jews. I dont know how God saw that. He knows the heart. But his comments showed hatred of the Jews and that was sin on his part.

I in no way said i supported M Luther, my intention was to show the Law will drive a person crazy, thats why Jesus did what no one could ever do.

when you strive to fulfill the Law you are as the children in the desert,
anything youu ask we can do..

NO YOU CAN"T

What could be deemed worse is his animosity towards fellow-Christians, which is unconscionable, since the Anapbaptists and Baptists were attempting to follow Scripture according to their understanding.

As to anti-semitism, that could have been a cultural influence, since Europeans in those days believed that God was through with the Jews because of their rejection of Messiah. Jews had become influential and powerful in Europe during the Middle Ages, and were therefore being persecuted in every European country.

this is all paraphrased, (means i put this in a language people can understand)
ole martin studied the bible and realized, salvation came thru repentance, and being forgiven. So he asked and rreceived foregiveness

then he got to thinking, what if he forgot some sins, now he was in a termoil, maybe he wasn't saved, he thought over his life, and tried as hard as he could, to remember every sin he ever committed.

Not fully assured, he went to God and again asked for foregiveness, he then realized that while he had been concentrating on the past, he had probably committed more sins. He repented, and asked for foregiveness

You all know 1John 1:9

So every sin he committed he would repent and ask for foregiveness. he slowly was losing his mind, he spent so much time asking for foregiveness, his work began to suffer.

Then out of the blue a new wrinkle, what if he was doing something that God thought was a sin, he tried to recall anything he might have done, that might have offended God. He slowly started to hate this whole system.

then he became a teacher of the bible, and thru reading, the word, he found an interesting verse, The RIGHTEOUS ARE JUSTIFIED BY FAITH

he realized he could never repent enough, or on his own be good enough.
this is where the 96 thesis came in.

JESUS DID IT ALL
and there faith also keeps them saved may i add and also unsaves them until they repent..
