Do you believe the bible or traditions of men​

Mark 13:1-27​

As we start this discussion lets keep in mind who is talking, what the subject is and who are they talking to and who does it apply to



Verse 1. And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here! 2And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.



What do we learn from these first 2 verses Jesus is with his disciples one of the points out just how beautiful the the stones and the buildings are. Jesus kindly tells him not to marvel at these things because they will not last forever and at some point they will be torn down.

Some people will tell you that this happened in 70 AD by some little Roman General. No God has other plans there is still part of the west wall standing. Remember the holy place was not just the temple but the city the mount of olives and the tomb of Jesus.



Verse 3. And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately, 4Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled? 5And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you: 6For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 7And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. 8For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

9But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

Jesus is talking to His disciples. They ask the question that we all want to know when will you return and rule, and what will be the sings of you coming. What is the first thing that Jesus tells them “take heed that no man deceive you:” Jesus said let no man that means me, your pastor, minister, teacher, or any one else. If falls on you to understand it be like the Barrens listen to what is taught then go home and study the scriptures to make sure what they say is so. Then Jesus go no to say that many will come in My name Name saying I am a Christian preacher, pastor, teacher . . . and shall deceive just a few people NO MANY don't let that be you understand Gods word. He starts of by saying there will be wars and rummers but do not be worried that is but the beginning. Nation will rise up against nation kingdom against kingdom, earth quakes, famines and troubles.



Amos 8:11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: 12And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.



Mark 13:9 Jesus was speaking to his disciples about what they will have to go through; we have seen this in the old testament new testament and throughout time and it will be until Jesus puts his foot on that Mt. Of Olives and brings in the millennial reign.



Witnessing to All Nations

(Matthew 24:9-14; Luke 21:10-19)

10And the gospel must first be published among all nations. 11But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. 12Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. 13And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Verse 10 we have seen that come to pass in our lifetime thru the internet, satellite TV ect. Verse 11. is a very important verse; you want to know what the unpardonable sin is here it is. When you are delivered up before the Antichrist you are to not thank about what you are to say; you are to allow the Holly Spirit to speak through you. I personally do not thank any of Gods elect will commit that sin. Verse 12. Lets use some common sense here; what father mother brother or other relative offer you up to death. Hebrews 2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; They are going to deliver you up to Satan, the Antichrist when will that happen after the sound of the 6th trump when Satan is kicked out of Heaven comes here to earth. Verse 13: People of God old testament, Christians, Jews, they have been hated sense the time of Christ till know and will be until the end of this earth age.







The Abomination of Desolation

(Matthew 24:15-25; Luke 21:20-24)

14But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains: 15And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter there in, to take any thing out of his house: 16And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment. 17But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 18And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter. 19For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. 20And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. 21And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: 22For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. 23But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

Verse.15.&16 Do not over look the little words in this verse. Let him that is on the housetop NOT go down into the house pack your bags and run. Why? If you are on that housetop you are a lookout and you do not leave your post, you stand guard and sound the alarm of the coming enemy. 16. If you are working in the field (the world) for God you do not go grab your coat and take off turning your back on God.


  1. Verse. 17. But woe to them that are with child and give suck in those days! What is Jesus looking for when He returns? A virgin bride. Jesus has been gone for over 2,000 years do you thank He wants to return an find this bride in bed with the enemy; working for the enemy, impregnated with the spirit of the enemy in there mind, or raising children that will support the enemy? Should be an easy 2 letter answer NO.

    Verse.18.And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter. Winter is out of season, you want to be found in season working and serving God and furthering the Kingdom God. When you are doing that you are always in season.

    Verse19.For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. 20. And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days:

    19&20. There is going to be affliction (tribulation, stress, persecution) Such as there has never been. Except that Jesus shortened those day no flesh would be saved: But for the sake of the elect; The elect those chosen by God. Yes Christians will be here at this time. No one is flying away, there will be no rapture!

    Verse 21. And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:

    Ha come over here to my church Jesus is here; No He is over here at the lake No you are both wrong He is up here on the mountain top with me. Do not believe them. Why?

    Verse 22. For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

    It is Gods elect that Satan is after He has the rest by this time.

    Verse 23. But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

    This should be one of the most comforting and encouraging verses in the bible.

    Lets put it to the test. Where does Jesus tell us that the days have been shortened and how much have they been shortened.

    REVELATION 9:1-5​

1And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.2And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.3And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.4And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.5And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.6And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.

4And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. These are a special locust because they are leaving the green grass and the trees, neither any green thing alone. They could heart something; Any man, woman person that had not the seal of God IN there foreheads. What is in (behind) your forehead? It is your mind, your thanking process, Your Brain. What is the seal of God? It is to understand just what the mark of the beast is.666. The mark of the beast. Not a tattoo on your forehead or in your hand. It is to understand that Satan comes at the 6th trump, 6th seal and the 6th vial 666 and that Jesus returns at the 7th trump the 7th seal and the 7th vial. That torment that metal anguish will be terrible. Notice they cannot hurt those that have that mark in there forehead.

And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men. 8And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. 9And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. 10And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. 11And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

12One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.

These are not some bugs you can read of them in the book of Joel what he taught there is what Peter said were the words that were spoken of on the day of Pentecost when 5000 got saved and everyone heard the message in there own tongue. I want to look at verse 11. Jesus never leaves us wanting. Abaddon in the Hebrew means: Abaddon, Destroyer (i.e. Destroying Angel) or place of destruction (personified). Of Hebrew origin; a destroying angel. Apollyon in the Greek means: Apollyon, The Destroying One, a Greek translation of the Hebrew: Abaddon. Active participle of apollumi; a destroyer.

His is what happens at the 5th trump.

You can read of this in Matthew 24, and in Luke 21. Matthew 24 paroles Mark, Luke has a different look and may even have taken place at a different time.
