This has to be the most confusing thread I think I have read. You want the best of the best, the perfect marriage yet you have such a low opinion of women and seem to be full of anger towards them. Like I said better for you to remain single. The "weakness of flesh" that you describe, well the bible states "his grace is sufficient for you".
Yes because I read studies / the bible that gives me a picture of reality means I'm angry. Reality makes me angry  lol.

No thanks I'll do what I want like get married and have a happy wife kids and family, while y'all can go play the roulette wheel of chance because you don't understand yourselves or your spouses, or are too afraid to face reality.

Not sure how you are going to have a happy wife and marriage with your attitude but good luck to you. Hope it all works out for you. May you surprise us all.

Because I'm a happy loving person who bleeds for others, and who understands psychology so I'm able to keep others happy "in love" even when they lack the will power to obviously do it themselves. Good luck on your coin flip. I don't need luck as I take full responsibility for my actions and others around me, I don't leave things to chance.

So what degree do you have? Counseling? What gives you an inside tip on something you've never experienced before? And don't say humanity. What gives you a right to speak on the subject compared to people here who have been married 40, 50 and more years? Little arrogant to think you have more knowledge than them.

If you read anything instead of taking a hostile tone because the word woman was mentioned, you would see I bashed majority of men too, and defended against a typical argument of "offspring". Me mentioning something doesn't give it the meaning you think it meant. Feel free to carry on.

Also don't use arm candy sexual fulfillment pretty weak argument as woman have those same requirements for spouses, Physically attractive and sex that's genderless.

Also your arm candy argument is weak in general even if you meant to apply it only towards men, as that means older men would all be trading in their fat out of shape wives for hot 20 year olds, but a vast majority don't.

Obviously your studies as you call them are done with little understanding and let me tell you this your bitter angry attitude is not going to get you a wife and family if you knew anything about love at all then maybe you wouldn't be so hateful I have known true love even only once my heart was shattered foir months when she wanted to break up
That absolute soul shrieking pain inside the likes of which I never knew could exists and yet I still fully believe in true love and am not bitter and I also would very much appreciate it if you would quit talking down on everyone you are bitter and angry and that is a poison to your own self but taking it out on everyone and looking so negatavely at love and relationships is only going to make your own suffering worse

So you're a psychologist? Isn't that a little one sided? You're going to give all the love and all the sacrifice for the entire marriage?! Hate to burst your bubble, that isn't what God intended, that's not how it works, that's not how any of this works.

I'm not speaking of biological artificial love "dopamine" rush when I mean love, I mean true sacrificial love when those feelings fade, when your husband / wife is giving you nothing in return and you continue to stay.

Also, those feelings even though they change can be re-stirred quite frequently with certain tactics, some things are day to day normal things that people do but never think about, they having a bonding effect, such as shared experiences / secrets.
Well you are the one who keeps talking about "being in love". But "being in love" isn't "love" and I felt the need to scientifically explain it, maybe someone finds it useful. I believe teaching people unrealistic expectation - both genders - through books and TV is a big problem in dating scene and has been for a number of years. Love is, to me, applying what Jesus taught us. I live my life to follow Jesus' example. There's no other way that brings real fulfillment. Are you really so loving as you claim that you cannot forgive this poor woman and ask Father to also forgive her, and move forward, either being more selective in dating, or choosing to be content with Jesus alone?

You're missing the point totally. You can be married for life and die together please read the rest of the replies can't keep going through the same comments / arguments. The point is "true" love when you're not happy how long can you endure. It's in the bible "patience and long-suffering". Was just asking if there was a small % of woman who have long-suffering equal to or greater than the average man.

It's all hypothetical as their long suffering will never be tested, it's just idealogical personal stuff, that I'll just block out of my mind when the time comes, would be nice to know that they had a similar range of long suffering to yourself as opposed to a 5th or 10th.

Sounds like you have a fear of marriages not lasting. There is no guarantee. Best to let the Lord be the one who picks your bride but ask him to heal you first.

Exactly, the issue is long-suffering it seems majority of woman have a low capacity for it, or that capacity only comes if the man is helping them along psychologically, if they have to muster it up themselves they can only do it in short bursts as opposed to man who seem to have a much greater capacity.

Which is fine it's how god designed you, just wanted to know if there were anomalies where there are woman who have greater capacity that surpasses men for long suffering.

She's been forgiven thousands of times, and was forgiven immediately, not an issue with forgiveness or other woman. Just an idealogical "nice to have" in a spouse who can have the same level of long suffering as yourself, even if never tested to it's limits.

Heartbreak is temporary and meaningless, I'm a product of reality.
Then you clearly have never been in love, that kind of p[ain lessens but it never truly goes away and it isn't meaningless the deeper the love the deeper the pain and if you can still love and still believe in love after such an ordeal then it shows the strength of your heart.
But reality is only how you view it your reality sounds very lonesome and sad but if you don't change how you view reality you are going to destroy yourself

Your comments are immature and arrogant. There are married couples that have faced the loss of children, cancer, loss of jobs, homes, limbs. Men that have come home from war torn to pieces to their wife who loved them through it all. There are couples who have gone through sacrificial love I doubt you'd even understand. How dare you call into question these womens commitment to their husbands?! You're foolish and full of yourself. Trust me son, stay away from marriage, you won't last a year. You're full of hot air and heifer dust.

Don't need any healing. He gave you a brain to use and not be ignorant, go learn about the opposite sex, and you'll be able to 99.99% guarantee marriage success up until you decide to give up on it. Well mostly man need to learn these things, but woman can help too.

so you think it's about your sex? Marriage is a matter of the heart it's not about psychology or what gender you are, so then tell me this how is you claim to be able to keep people happy and in love when you think it's gender and psychology?
I mean how has your love life been?
