We can claim anything through prayer that is biblical... Mark 11:24
What about your neighbor's wife
What about the money in the vault at the bank
What about a ton of coke from Columbia
What about your dead relative in the coffin in the ground
What about the legs grown back on a man that had them amputated due to diabetes

I mean..after all you said anything........right?

Why don't you travel the U.S. and go to each every children's hospital and CLAIM healing for every kid in each and every hospital.....?

Then if you Take the promisses which God gave Moses to you personell, then you should follow this law.
And proof what you claim. instead speaking about a theory, which nobody is able to proof.
Would you be right, we would had no reason to discuss about it.
But I am correct, without any doubt. I don't think I am correct concerning this subject, I KNOW I am.
We are having this discussion because you don;t see it yet.
I would have to seriously stupify myself to believe otherwise. I know too much on this subject to change.
I have been studying the laws of faith and how it works for better than 35 years, and have watched it work in my life, as well as that of the doubters.
I view the law of faith like I do the law of gravity.
It works irrespective of God's will, for or against you and your family members.
Not that I want to go outside God's will, but if you understood that the power is in the word of God that we speak and send forth in faith, and not what is or is not God's will, that we are the framer and sender of said word, and that it is His word that does the work, which shall not return to us void, but shall accomplish that which we please, and prosper in the thing whereto we sent it, making us partakers of His divine nature through the knowledge of the promises of His word, then you would begin to understand what I have been saying.
That has to do with speaking God's word but what about asking God for something?
Mk 11:24 and many others deal with that subject.
We still have to ask in faith, nothing wavering, but we have to go about it a little differently.
We still have to believe what we asked for is done or has been given, and you can't do that if you're wondering, wishing, or hoping God will grant your request.
If you don't know the will of God BEFORE you pray, all you will be doing is, like I said above, hoping, wishing, and wondering.
God does will not answer your prayer, EVEN THOUGH IT IS HIS WILL FOR IT TO BE GRANTED. You have tied His hands with your doubt.

Kenneth Copeland once said in an interview that he does what he does because "it works" whatever that means.
I know because I watched the interview.
The word "it" is referring to the word of God.
The reason why both He and I say "it works", is because we know it is the word of God itself that does the work that WE send IT to do.
The sendee is subject to the sender, because for one, greater is the one who sends than the one that he sent, and two, the sender is the who formed/framed/made the program or orders that was given to the servant/solder/word of God.
Even as it is the word of God itself that saves us, NOT GOD HIMSELF, but His word, the same said word, casts out devils, heals the sick, cleanses the lepers, and raises the dead.
But having said all that, if you don't KNOW beyond ALL DOUBT, then that servant/soldier/word will not do what it was sent to do by you.
And that's not all.
If you fail to act on what you believe in your heart, the same said word will be as a lifeless dead body. It will NOT work or do anything you sent it to do. Which is why many people think God says no.
Many Christians both think and say they believe or have faith when they pray, when both they and you, do NOT.
How do I know?
I know from what you wrote. You don't believe the promises in God's word, and therefore you cannot have faith in God to answer your prayers. If you did, you would base your prayers on them and talk faith or positively, at the very least.
And because you most likely don't believe death is in the power of your own tongue, you most likely curse both yourself and family members. Which proves the truth of God's word.
That being, irrespective of God's will, you are the cause of some, if not most, of the bad things that happen to either you or your loved ones.
This faith stuff does indeed work. To the good, it works for them for good, and to the bad or corrupt, it works against them for bad.

Mat 12:35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

Who brought forth both the good and bad things?
THE MAN DID HIMSELF.
NOT GOD OR THE DEVIL, BUT THE MAN WHO SPOKE OUT OF THE ABUNDANCE OF HIS HEART.
God not only means what He says, He is faithful to make sure it is done. Whether it be for good or evil, blessing or cursing, life or death.
What you say without thinking, is what you believe in your heart. And if all you believe is what's in the natural, then you are the one sanctioning the natural to work in your life, while removing or preventing God, through His word, from doing a good work in your life and/or that of a loved one's life.

I daresay Copeland never facilitated one legitimate healing in his entire life. His prayers for personal wealth definitely paid off big time though.....

Come to think of it.....this is the inverse of the lifestyle lived by Jesus and probably the Apostles.....

I agree.
But right now it is hitting too close to home, and will no doubt separate the church in a tight community.
KTF ....It can be difficult to watch or find yourself involved with schisms and estrangements occurring within a fellowship especially when there may be people on both sides of issues that you share close relational respect and interactions with the stresses and anxieties of these adversities and potential growth painstakingly manifested are sometimes however unfortunate can be the mystery of our Fathers works unfolding before us....
Unless absolutely forced into assuming a position of division of loyalties it is necessary to retain focus on the core fundamental objectives concepts and precepts and tenaments of the fellowship in order not to be swayed to and fro and get pushed to far either direction .The question at the forefront should remain what is the best interest for the greater good of all....Sometimes growth results in divisions that produce positive beneficial outcomes and fruits of the expanding vineyard . Beware of excessive emotionally charged dissention placing personalities before principles.
You are probably already well aware of my mentions and I only wish to encourage your hopes that the Lord will work in the best interests of everyone. It's difficult to see when in the midst of conflict and loyalties get challenged and questioned but there might be a silver lining to be found in this dark cloud.
Hang strong weather as best as you can!😀

I dare say, it was similar, not the reciprocal.
Jesus was both healthy and wealthy, and knew His words were the power of God.
But aside from what anyone says or does, WHAT IS WRITTEN concerning the promises of God on the subject? That's what matters.

The person said, "that is biblical".
It would be nice to have an intelligent discussion about the subject of the thread instead of responding to ignorant trolls.
Try disproving the promises we use, it might get you a little further.
Without the truth of God's word, your words are like your prayers, empty.

Take your own advice pal......He said ANYTHING.......blanket statements, especially on subjects as false as NAME if CLAIM it, will be met with valid scrutiny......and you really should not talk about yourself like that.....and your last 4 posts have how many scriptures??????What a hypocrite!!

Jesus lived his ministerial life as an iterant preacher. Yes they had sufficient resources for their needs. But wealthy? No way. Jesus was most time the beneficiary of the hospitality of this close friends, not the other way around. Jesus was sleeping out of doors when visiting Jerusalem. Furthermore, Jesus was despised of the Jewish leadership because of his lowly estate.

Shall we start then?
But before we do, I would like to add that if the word "anything" was the end of the sentence, THEN it would be a blanket statement, but that is not what was written, and therefore you twisted what was both said and meant.
As for using scripture or the promises of God, I will give you one I just used.

Luk 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

If I were to remove the words, "out of the good/evil treasure of his heart", the verse would read like this;
A good man bringeth forth good things, and an evil man bringeth forth evil things, for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
I did that only to show that it is the man himself causing the things to be brought forth by the things he says.
The words "bring forth", means to produce, which I would interpret to mean, to cause to be or to manifest in the natural, by what comes from the heart out the mouth.
That's basically what that verse says to me.
How do you interpret it?
Break it down and expound on it.
What does that verse say to you?

He was wealthy.
The old testament promises that a righteous person would not suffer the consequences of the curse of the law and poverty was one of the curses.
Jesus had His own money that came from the wise men who visited Him as a two year old, a treasurer to keep tract of all the money, who no one knew was taking money out of it. You can't do that with just a little amount.
Jesus had His own house, it just wasn't one on wheels like we have today.
He had an expensive vesture the soldiers didn't want to cut up in four peaces.
When He wasn't feeding the multitudes, He had to provide for at least 152 people that followed Him, every day, for about three years.

Following God's guidance can lead to abundance and good health. That said, we must also know that even Paul had a thorn in the flesh.

I am 93 and in good health and there are things I have done to follow the Lord that has helped me with that. I listen to the voice we all have that chatters to us constantly, I check it for Phil. 4:8 telling us what to let in our minds. This helps eliminate stress that doctors tell us interferes with good health. I eat following God's plan of not mixing things God has created so my diet is plain and simple. If I had followed the Lord sooner in my life I think it could have led to abundance because the mind led by the Lord is clear to accept education. As it is, I am poor as a church mouse but rich in the Lord.
😀You are indeed very wealthy in the Wisdom of the Lord Sir !.....the pearl you have contributed here can immensely benefit everyone.
We don't have any greater treasure than our health here in the temporary in comparison all else is vanity.
Sounds like you are well tuned in to filtering out all the worldly static that would interefere with reception of that still small voice within that heals, comforts and promotes clarity of purpose and revelation of his sustaining Grace.
May your longevity continue to stand as the glorious witness of his Love and provision! 😀
Thank you for your important contribution.

Ya know Dino? Every time I see threads/posts like this? I feel more and more confident that God knew what He was doing, and what days were coming, when He told me 30+ years ago, after I had spent some $500.00 on a "home course" from Moody: "You want "them" to teach you?" "Or, you want Me to teach you?"

Of all the money I've blown, on this, that and the other, before then? And the regret I've had, and thoughts about where I'd a been with all that money today?

That 500 dollars is the LEAST I think about! :)

But? Concerning these "Name it and Claim" preachers, and that which they want ya to hear?
That which they don't want ya to hear is: "If God didn't want 'em to be FLEECED?" "He wouldn't have made 'em SHEEP!"

And with such "fitting music" to go along with their sales pitch!

Jim Bakker in Branson MO has a lot of gloom doom and end times tribulation fear and suffering he would like to

My experience are different, God answers my prayer even, i was asking him about, it is his will ore not.
He is my father. He loves me. So i must not have an perfect correct faith prayer for to get answer from my heavenly father.
For me it sounds that, if you take the right prayer God is doing what you want.
Mk 11, 24 adressats where the disciples. They had realy special promisses, which we dont have.
