hello, i was curious about the payment system in other nations and since we are a international fellowship i thought i would ask you to describe the way this works in your country. in the us march of 2013 was the deadline of the government going paperless. the only gov. entity that did not yet convert is the i.r.s. but they plan to after the bugs are worked out in the other agencies.

i have never made a loan at a bank, financed a car ect. i do own my property and home but have never mortgaged it,i am not rich i am poor. ,,,,any way i would appreciate if you from other nations would explain the way your debit system, pin/chip system or magnetic strip system works,(if it applies).,,,are there fees for each time you use the card?

i have other questions also about if your nation is already paperless or not. is this by mandate or not and if so is it tied to the tax office in your nation or not? rare few things in the u.s. are seized i.e. property, money ect. accept for i.r.s. dept so if under the new healthcare act (since it is a tax) one becomes delinquent a lean, seizure of property could occur if not paid,is this the same in other nations? ,,,i have other questions but ill ask as we go along,,,thank you,may the lord bless you,,
