I was looking for a verse to post and found this one. As i was reading the verse, what great peace God brings to us. I guess we all have day we are restless. I have nights when i toss and turn. I guess all I really need is that peace that comes God.

Psalm 4:8
In peace I will lie down
and sleep,
for you alone, Lord,
make me dwell in
safety.

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

He is the Prince of Peace. All and every true peace can only come from Him. Aren't you glad that you are His child?

our Father's Peace can take all of our worries and even our very real concerns and make them
as the dust in the wind..it's like being in a room on a cold winter's night with the fire blazing
and our Best Friend having His loving arms around us...

There are so many times I get caught up in this world I forget who I am in Christ and what he has purposed me for. I find that I end up thanking Jesus for his faithfulness and rest in his words of promise....he will not forsake us or leave us despite our short comings.
There is no greater peace than to look in the face of your judge and see your savior there.

Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV)
6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:6 - Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Romans 5:1-2
Vs. 1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Vs. 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Having been rendered legally innocent (justified) by FAITH<---reconciled and at Peace with God DIA Jesus Christ
