I would say that man getting glory is bad theology and rather arrogant. Rather, all glory goes to God.
but it is God's Glory

you cannot achieve it unless you do what God says to do. and when it happens, it was God who did it.

my miracles that happen like finances have nothing to do with my ability. it is because God does it. and HOW GOD DOES IT IS A MYSTERY TO ME!

Paul said you already can.

Paul said Speaking in Tongues speaks the mysteries of God. no one on their own ability can unlock the HIDDEN MYSTERIES that God ordained before creating the Earth on their own.

don't you want to know what the HIDDEN MYSTERY from God for YOU is? He created this [[((specifically))]] for YOU!

Paul tells us what yeh hidden mystery was.

25of which I became a minister according to the stewardship from God that was given to me for you, to make the word of God fully known, 26the mystery hidden for ages and generations but now revealed to his saints. 27To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. 28Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.

Amen!

but Verse 7 is about the specific plan God has for each Believer.

7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto [[((our glory))]]:

i tell you what.

what problem are you facing that you know without a miracle cannot be fixed?
don't tell me or us here.
but tell God and then Speak in Tongues.
do it every day.

then tell me 30 days from now if that problem is not fixed or has become better.
what do you have to lose?
This sounds nice in theory, but think for a minute.

What if it's not His will for my circumstances to change? Am I not just working a kind of magic spell? And if I believe things should change within thirty days will I not look to myself and my own ingenuity to bring it about?

What can be accomplished by tongues that can't be accomplished by praying with my mind and studying His word. Maybe He doesn't want my circumstances to change in thirty days; maybe if I just go to His word and seek Him I'll read something about patience and waiting on Him. Or something about patient endurance in trials and tribulation.

I couldnt get any one to give me a good example of a Pentecostal preacher. So I have been doing some digging on the internet. It seems a lot of Pentecostal or at least those who claim to be Pentecostal extolling a man named William Branham. Is this William Branham a prime example pf Pentecostal teaching?
no you have to go right back to the book of Acts chapter 2 where everyone suddenly started speaking in tongues and Peter got up and gave a prophetic word. Oh and he also gave a 'altar call'

That was on the day of Pentecost.

our glory is God choosing us for His ordination. we are honored because God CHOOSES us to be his example. but, we don't know what we are Ordained for until that Mystery is revealed.

how many preachers are not ordained, just wolves in sheeps clothing?

there's preachers who don't know they're supposed be while the DEVIL has pulpits filled with false teachers now.

what's magic about the Gift of the Holy Spirit? that is HOLY!

why does God want you to be less than when you could be the key to bringing hundreds to His Kingdom?

There's no magic in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit doesn't allow Himself to be tested. He doesn't bend to my whims to manifest my destiny in thirty days.

Who says everyone has to do "great things for God," like bringing hundreds into the Kingdom. Maybe it's His will for me to bring a few into the Kingdom who will in turn bring a few more and so forth. Maybe He wants me to know what it means to be honest, even when it hurts. Nothing wrong with that is there?

You seem to have a fundamentally skewed idea of your position in relationship to Him.

let me ask you a question.

read this Verse:2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.

now, who is the mysteries being spoken to? who ULTIMATELY understands? it's being Spoken to GOD. why would the Holy Spirit give a Language that is a mystery which only God understands?

We'll never have a meeting of the minds on this. You think incoherent babble is tongues, I don't. So there's really no basis for a discussion here.

the Holy Spirit gives utterance;
that means you don't know what is being said ever.
it's for God to know.
it's a mystery!

but we do know what to pray for many times. Romans 8 is about when we don't know what to pray for.

1And I, when I came to you, brothers,a did not come proclaiming to you the testimonyb of God with lofty speech or wisdom. 2For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. 3And I was with you in weakness and in fear and much trembling, 4and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of menc but in the power of God.

Wisdom from the Spirit

6Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away. 7But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory.

Take note what Paul says in verse 13

13And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual.

Now we have those words in scripture. The Holy Spirit brings understanding to the wisdom of scripture to the heart and mind of man.. There is no more revelation. Everything you need to live the life of faith is right there in the book..
