[size=+1]( This thread is for the Christians online wishing to post scripture related to maintaining good physical heath , God's simple way for us to do it. Lets keep post on that subject of Biblical physical heath. And only from the Bible ) .
Here is some scripture to start:
1 Timothy 4:8
King James Version (KJV)
8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
The soul is important most compared: But there is profit in exercise .
Leviticus 7:23
23 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no manner of fat, of ox, or of sheep, or of goat.
These are considered clean animals I think, and we have to avoid the fat of those too.
God even made animals that would cause disease to us, if we eat that. Like pork.
Leviticus 7:25
25 For whosoever eateth the fat of the beast, of which men offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord, even the soul that eateth it shall be cut off from his people.
Leviticus 3:17
17 It shall be a perpetual statute for your generations throughout all your dwellings, that ye eat neither fat nor blood.
God designed and created the bodies we inhabit. He knows what works with them, and what will brake them. This was a perpetual statue, it was set in place forever.
Now a days we have hydrated oils, thats really bad, just avoid all these oils.
Daniel 1:12
12 Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink.
God wants us eating vegetables, lintels, and pea pods. This give energy, and avoids fat from closing arteries so the body can have a change to heal.
Add fruits, and that can help with cancer. Eliminate fat then cancers caused by the metabolism of fat, that effect the colon, breast, pancreas ,etc
Stay away from oils, because they are all processed and non good. Stay away from margarine because of the way its processes can close arteries . Soluble fiber, and magnesium avoids some absorption of some of the fat , cholesterol we might take in .
Carbs from vegetables burn in the body clean, making just Carbon dioxide and water...
But when we try to process fat, it trains the body causing damage and even causing cancer.
People are too stiff-necked and ignorant about this . We would be better off, if we would simply say, God said it, obey it. And be healthy.
Eliminate smoking, and that eliminates that cancers.
God's simple effective way to live and care for our health , would eliminate most of the major health problems a lot of the word is having today.
Hey no start following God's advice, and done forget to do some exercise walking for a good hour or so.
The only alternatives, is a pill from the doctor or the pharmacy . and i dont recommend that.[/size]
