if paul was influenced by the poet, then he wasn't speaking as the father speaks, as yahshua trained hiim and all the apostles and disciples to do....
he taught and spoke as the father gave him utterance, as yahshua said yahshua spoke "not of himself, but what the father speaks"
not of human learning, nor of human wisdom, nor of human knowledge - all of which mankind has used to reject the creator and to replace him with a 'man' at the head of the world's biggest demonically controlled organizations ---
human wisdom and knowledge and understanding , everything that is of the flesh, cannot learn nor grasp at all one jot or tittle of yahweh's kingdom or spirit or truth.
Paul's sermon is influenced by the greek poet... I don't know how someone could quote someone else in a positive way, and then have others say it's not an influence...

i just quoted you, and you have never influenced me.

yahshua and paul both spoke and wrote and did what they heard and saw yahweh elohim speak and do,

just as yahshua said it is to be for his disciples --- almost never seen nor heard nor practiced nor realized today
obviously, but still necessary....

Just a REMINDER.. during Jesus's Day.... there were 'people with Master's in Theology' walking around , these who studied the Word of God at that time Daily, yet WERE STILL LOST... when it comes to giving account in the End.. all those degrees and papers and awards.. will mean really nothing.. the main Question. is.. 'do you KNOW Him'? many will be standing in front of Him. with Gehenna fire staring at them in the face.. the cries of those already there.. Staring at the Son of Man, Risen and Glorified, checking His books.. they will claim they had all these degrees, accolades, awards, yet thats all they had.. Cause they Missed the Mark or point of 'knowing' Him.. Jesus tells us there will BE MANY in that day.. who will claim this.. do you know Him? thats the 4 most important Words in the Christian's Life.. do you know Him? do you know Your Election in Him? mmmmmmmmm thoughts to ponder..

He who believes in Jesus has eternal life.
explain then "even the demons believe, and shudder in terror" (for they know their time is short)

i.e.
don't pick one verse and think it will get anyone through to life. there's too many other verses that
describe yahweh's plan and purpose and salvation in yahshua hamashiach that a multitude of people miss and thus
end up being in that multitude that yahshua on judgment day says to them to be gone, he never knew them - and they did a whole lot more than just believe !!!

not everyone.

notice that americans, american views of the west (and anything else), american attitudes,

are evil. american culture is evil, separated from GOD and from HIS WAYS. and mostly greedy, on

purpose and willingly and increasingly so.
I think you're having kind of an all or nothing view here... yes, there's evil in america... there's also good... there are christians in america...

I don't think everything in non-Jewish pre-christian culture is evil... Paul says that sometimes gentiles who do not havethe Law instinctively do the things of the Law...
