But because non has availed themselves today to be used for raising the dead, we can also say non has availed themselves to be used for tongues (genuine tongues). Every one of them is fake.
Where do you get 'none' from?

Ah, I said that yes we have ONE FATHER notice the (F) Father is always meaning God in the word. Whereas (f) father is not. YOU do know the word Father and father are different in the Hebrew and Greek right? And you can say wrong all you want but the context of Matthew chapter 22 and 23 is correct. read it again.
2 Thess 2:9The coming of the lawless one will beaccompanied by the working of Satan, with every kind of power, sign, and FALSE wonder, 10and with every wicked deception directed against those who are perishing, because they refused the love of the truth that would have saved them.
Mr moderator, I admit to you I have had multiple life bans from this website. So can you please do your job and ban me. I promise you I will not be coming back

Yes. Every other gift is intended to edify someone else. Tongues is the only one that edifies the user. I suspect that is why Paul said it is the least of the gifts, yet it was also the only one he wished we ALL would do. Kind of a recharge station after a long day of giving to others.
You misrepresent Paul. Paul is building his case for 1 Cor 14 based on love which he spoke about in 1 Cor 13.
First he talks about the purpose of gifts in 1 Cor 12

1 Cor 12:
4There are different gifts, but the same Spirit. 5There are different ministries, but the same Lord. 6There are different ways of working, but the same God works all things in all men.

7Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the message of knowledge by the same Spirit, 9to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in various tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. 11All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, who apportions them to each one as He determines.

All gifts are for the common good including tongues. He then explains how different parts of the body work for the common good of the body.

A person working for the good of others portrays love. Then Paul now explain how love works:

1 Cor 13:
1If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a ringing gong or a clanging cymbal. .....

4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no account of wrongs. 6Love takes no pleasure in evil, but rejoices in the truth. 7It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Then Paul goes on to correct the wrong that bedeviled Corinth:

1 Cor 14:1 Earnestly pursue love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy. 2For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men, but to God. Indeed, no one understands him; he utters mysteries in the Spirit.3But he who prophesies speaks to men for their edification, encouragement, and comfort. 4The one who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but the one who prophesies edifies the church.

Many people misunderstand Paul and they take the very thing that bedeviled Corinth and apply on themselves just because it is mentioned. Self edification is wrong, there's no love in it. Speaking mysteries to other people doesn't benefit them and there's no love in it. Where there's no love there's no God also. Paul goes on and explain how tongues were supposed to be used for the common good but mainly:

1 Cor 14:9So it is with you. Unless you speak intelligible words with your tongue, how will anyone know what you are saying? You will just be speaking into the air.

Regardless, you can't argue with success. I have seen tongues used to bring God glory many many times. satan - and the flesh - are not going to do anything that glorifies God.

How do you know glory was brought to God when you don't understand what has been said when anyone speaks in tongues? Do you know the heart of God or do you search the mind of God when you speak in tongues?

What success are you talking about? Do you know of any successful atheist? Do you not know of any unsuccessful tongue speaker?

One night we were performing CPR on a man who had a heart attack (I was a firefighter/emt for 35 years). He was not responding at all to anything we did. The medics were ready to pronounce him dead. Being a younger man with small kids, I laid my hand on his chest for a moment and whispered (I thought to myself) "In Jesus Name be healed". (That was actually in english not in a tongue). The medics decided to zap him one last time, and he converted. The fireman next to me whispered "God is great isn't he". Was he raised from the dead? Seeing as the next step was to call the coroner, I'm thinking yes he was.

You either haven't followed along or the accounts have gone in one ear and out the other.

Do you believe there are people today with the ability to physically raise the dead?
Yes,yes I do. I've heard of missionaries that have done so by my missionary friends.

But they want medical records. You know, like the towns Jesus couldn't heal in because He couldn't prove He was in-network.

If someone says "be gone" and you see it gone, we know it is a success because it was said and it was done as witnessed.
But if someone says "fgfgh xcce " and it is gone, how can we conclude it is a success that brings glory? we don't know what they said.

I have heard it was all a lie so it can't be true. But i have seen with my own eyes countless of people die and getting buried.

Psalms 116:
15Precious in the sight of the LORD
is the death of His saints.

Those missionaries must have raised only the wicked.

Long story short, a girl was stopped from slicing her wrists and led to a park bench where there just happened to be a Bible left behind. And from there to a place where ministers talked to her and helped her resolve the issue. All because of knowledge and direction received in tongues prayer. How is that not to the glory of God?

Ahh ok. Jesus healed without medical proof be we today demand proof. You're right I believe He would say "oh ye of little faith" smh. And this is why we don't see the miracles even our grandparents saw, because of no faith and unbelief.

A man who was angry at God (and rejecting Him because of it) was softened in his heart because of knowledge received while praying in tongues. How is that not to the glory of God?

But of course, you'll think I'm a lying sos and a totally unreliable witness.

If it get a jury summons, you'll vouch for that to the judge and get me off duty, right? ;)
