The bible is pretty clear about losing your virginity before you're married, but what about if you're raped? Does it count the same?

Once a person lies with another in agreement to each other, that is marriage. But if a person is violated, God will still see them as a virgin.

Revelation 7:17For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; ‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’ ‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’”

Rape and having premarital sex by choice is different. God does not judge you for an act of rape against you, out of your control. Sin exists in this world, and sinful acts occur that is not God's will. Yes, a woman does lose her virginity if she is raped, but by no means does she lose favor with God for losing her virginity due to the horrible act of rape.

I would say, physically yes. Spiritually, not at all. People get so caught up in the physical acts they forget that God often looks at the heart of a person as well. The heart of the victim is no different. So, i see it that God will still view that person as a virgin, spiritually speaking.

I would say it is definitely possible to regain your virginity...both physically and spiritually. The myth about female genitalia not repairing themselves after sexual contact is what it is...a myth. The tissues torn are able to repair themselves over a period of time of non sexual activity. If a person is raped, obviously, it is against their will and God will see through that. He also has compassion on those who are seriously remorseful about what they have done and from my experience, are able to regain honor in the eyes of God.
