Isayah 42:21, "Yahweh is well-pleased, for His righteousness' sake, to magnify the Law, and make it honorable."

Mattithyah 19:17-21, "But He (Yahshua) said to him: Why do you question Me about righteousness? There is only One Who is the standard of perfection, and that is Yahweh; so if you would enter into life, keep the Laws of Yahweh. He then asked Yahshua; Which ones? Yahshua said: You shall not murder. You shall not commit adultery. You shall not steal. You shall not bear false testimony. Honor your father and mother, and; You shall love your neighbor as yourself. The young man said to Him; All these things I have kept from my youth up; what do I yet lack?Yahshua said to him: If you want to come to the perfection of Yahweh, go and sell of what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and you will be walking in Yahweh's ways, and following Me."

Can't sleep for some reason, But have you sold all that you have and given it to the poor? Another verse will say takle up your cross and follow me. Reckon what He meant by that.

I have not sold everything I own no. If I walk perfectly, which I do not, is irrelevant to the truth of His words. I do seek to grow in Yahshua, however I am not perfect. I have done right things before Yah in the past and It made me joyful and according to Scripture I believe Yah would be joyful also, but it is not of me He guides. Yes the yoke of Messiah, it's is doing His will, the highest calling known to man, an amazing thing. May He guide us!

Yahshua (Jesus) words:

John 5:24, "Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life, and doesn't come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life."

John 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

I don't mean to keep bugging you, but I can't help it. I see you as a man that loves god and wants to serve Him. I think your just hung up on some stuff that you have been taught and it is a difficult thing to unlearn what you have been taught. I know it was difficult for me and I am not perfect.

Hiz,
It always goes back to the cross. Even in the OT, it is not about learning and speaking Hebrew nor is it keeping feast days. I meant they kept them for thousands of years and did not help, He still destroyed Israel and Judea. Right or wrong? It is about the cross.

It always goes back to the cross. Even in the OT, it is not about learning and speaking Hebrew nor is it keeping feast days. I meant they kept them for thousands of years and did not help, He still destroyed Israel and Judea. Right or wrong? It is about the cross.
It's about YHWH, and the One He sent to be our Mercy and our King, I read one of your posts the other day and I thought it was a great post, the only reason I didn't "like" it was because it said, "focus on the cross." Symantics I know, but we should focus on Him, what He has done, is doing, and will do. I think you misunderstand me, I'm not trying to be Jewsih. I tryiong to follow Yahweh in truth, it was the pharisees who replaced His name with, "The Lord" so how am I trying to be "Jewish" by using YHWH instead of "The Lord".

And you said, "your just hung up on some stuff that you have been taught and it is a difficult thing to unlearn what you have been taught"

That is the beauty, I have never been a member of any church, denomination, anything here on earth. I have attended, but I have been studying Scripture since I was about 5 years old, had periods where I was unfocused and distracted by the world, but started with Genesis, and when I got to Isayah, I stayed there for a long time, but have throughly studied all Scripture thanks be to Yah! I have listened to teachings, but out of all the years I have been seeking Yah, there is about 95-99% of that learning was done directly through Scripture and prayer. 10 years ago I believed the status quo, but when I read Daniyl, and understood it, thanks be to Yah, that is when things really started to change. As a child I always asked older people, "Jesus do His Commands, why don't we do them?" I was told, "that's for the Jews..." I always just accepted it, like I said until I really studied and Yah gave understanding.

Reminds me of this:

Daniyl 10:12, "Then he said to me; Fear not, Daniyl, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to chasten and humble yourself before your Father, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words."

The two passages that got me curious were:

Isayah 56:1-7, "This is what Yahweh says: Keep the judgments, and do justly; for My salvation is near, soon, to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them; and keeps his hand from doing any evil. Do not let the son of the Gentile, who has joined himself to Yahweh, speak, saying; Yahweh has utterly separated me from His people. Nor let the eunuch say; Behold, I am a dry tree. For this is what Yahweh says: To the eunuchs who keep My Sabbaths, and choose those things which please Me, and hold fast to My covenant: I will give to them, in My House, even within My walls, a place and a Name equal to that of sons and of daughters; I will give them the Name of The Everlasting: YAHWEH; which will not be cut off.
Also the sons of the Gentile who join themselves to Yahweh, to serve Him, and to love the Name of Yahweh, to be His servants--everyone who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them and who holds fast to My covenant--I will bring them to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My House of prayer..."

Daniyl 7:25, "And he will speak great words against Yahweh, and will wear out; mentally attack to cause to fall away, the saints of Yahweh, and think to change times and Laws..."

When I bounced that off of the testimony Yahshua (Jesus) gave I knew threre was something I had missed:

Matt 24:20, "But pray that your flight will not be in the winter, nor on the Sabbath Day, For then will be great tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time--no, nor ever will be."

Mattithyah 5:18, "For truly I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh--the smallest of the letters--will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Luke 16:17, "But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one yodh of the Law to fail."

Since there is only 1 way now, no Jew and not Gentile, only the body of Messiah, it raised more questions.

Matt 24:11-13, "And many false prophets will rise, and will deceive the many. And because iniquity will abound, thelove of the many will grow cold. But he who endures until the end, the same will be saved."

Revelation 12:11

11
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

What is the word of their testimony, that they kept law?
Ok, please no fighting, I want this thread to be about the Messiah's words. I asked you already in a PM...

Here is the Revelation of Yahshua (Jesus)

Revelation 12:17, "And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went to make war with those who forsook her seed; her seed being those who keep the Laws/Commands of Yahweh, and have the testimony of Yahshua Messiah."

1785. entolé
Definition: an ordinance, injunction, command, law.

Revelation 14:12, "In this manner are the saints purified--by keeping the Laws/Commands of Yahweh, (in conformity) with the faith in Yahshua Messiah."

1785. entolé
Definition: an ordinance, injunction, command, law.

Revelation 22:12-15, "And behold, I come quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work will be. I am the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. Blessed are those who keep His Laws, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and worshipers of gods and everyone who professes to love, yet practices falsehood."

Please let us dwell on His words.

Isayah 42:21, "Yahweh is well-pleased, for His righteousness' sake, to magnify the Law, and make it honorable"

Mattithyah 5:21-30, "You have heard that it was said by the people of ancient times: You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment; But I say to you: Whoever is angry with his brother will be in danger of the judgment! Again, anyone who says; Raca! insulting your brother, will be in danger of the Sanhedrin, but whoever says: Nabel! desiring them to fall away, will be in danger of the fire of Gehenna. Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar, and there you remember that your brother has something against you; Leave your gift there before the altar, and go first and be reconciled with your brother; then come and offer your gift. Settle a controversy with your accuser quickly, before he gets you into court; or your adversary may deliver you to the judge, the judge deliver you to the officer, and you be put into prison. Truly I say to you: You will never come out of there until you have paid the last penny. You have heard that it was said by the people of ancient times: You shall not commit adultery; But I say to you: Whoever looks on a woman with lust for her, has already committed adultery with her in his heart. So if your right eye causes you to offend; sin, gouge it out and throw it from you! For it is better for you that one of your members perish, than for the whole body to be cast into Gehenna. Or if your right hand causes you to offend, cut it off and throw it from you! For it is better for you that one of your members perish, than for the whole body to be cast into Gehenna."

Oh my brother, you still cannot see, having ears to hear you cannot hear and having eyes to see you cannot see. What shall we liken you too. A reed that said I shall stand, if I do this and if I do that, I shall stand. Then the waves came and the thrashing of the sea and the reed said I will stand. Then the Sun came out and with behemoth heat and dried up the ground all around the reed and the reed was weak, but persisted I will stand.

Then the Son of man came and said what of this reed and angels reported, Lord we tried to convince Him by the wind and rain and he would not break and we sent the heat of the Sun and still he refused. The Lord said send him into outer darkness where there is weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth for I never knew him.

The cross is the only thing He will accept, my brother I urge you to place your faith in the cross. I know this is my paraphrase. But it is biblical if you read the gospels.

Whosoever shall fall upon this stone shall be broken, but whosoever this stone shall fall upon shall be ground into powder.

I'm sorry Hiz and I apologize I'm tired and sleepless and I shouldn't have said what I said, if you love Jesus then you are my brother and if you want to keep feast and speak Hebrew and if that makes you feel good then do it. It's better than robbing and stealing and killing. If it would stop that then I would say Shalom. I would even if,it was weaked out of me and I had no choice, I might even say Yashua, no I cannot do that, I would cry Jesus.

But, to each there own, work out your own salvation, but I would recommend that you Keep the cross of Christ as the focal point of your faith. You are your own man and believe what you do and who am I to tell you different. I just know what i know and you know what you know, May the Holy Spirit lead and guide the both of us and may God bless you and keep you.

Hey it's Christmas already, MERRY CHRISTMAS and God bless.

Hey it's Christmas already, MERRY CHRISTMAS and God bless.
No worries, I am not angry. and yes Yahshua is the most important thing!

That is why this is what I seek:

Yahchanan (John) 4:24, "Yahweh is a Spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth."

Mattithyah 6:19, "Do not store up treasures for yourselves upon earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes, and where thieves do not break in and steal; For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."

John 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

Revelation 21:4-8, "And Yahweh will wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there will be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, nor will there be any more pain, for the former things have passed away. And He Who sat upon the throne, said: Behold, I make all things new. And He said to me: Write, for these words are true and faithful. And He said to me: It is done! I am Aleph and Tau, the Beginning and the End. I will give to him who thirsts of the fountain of the water of life freely. He who overcomes will inherit all things; and I will be his Father, and he will be My son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and worshipers of false gods, and all liars, will have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone--which is the second death."

This is really amazing, here Yahshua (Jesus) is teaching, Him, teaching, it's amazing.

Matt 5:1-12, "Now seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain and sat down. His disciples came to Him, And He opened His mouth and taught them, saying: Blessed are the poor in spirit; enduring hardship and being humble, for theirs is the Kingdom of Yahweh. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they will be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they will obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see Yahweh. Blessed are the peacemakers; for they will be called the sons of Yahweh. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Yahweh. Blessed are you, when men will revile and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for greatest is your reward in heaven, for in the same manner they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

Glad to see this thread. If I didn't have to get going for family day ... well ... since it's still in my copy and my e-sword won't open ... I'll post this verse that does mean a lot to me as well as all the rest from cover to cover and trying to be patient with the distractions that keep us from the calm of His Still Small Voice and the quiet of it all - when it's just us alone with Him and hearing The Word of God and no-thing else ....
but One Day in His Presence, it and He shall come. Patient endurance until That Day. Rest in Him and get some rest that does the body good
in His Love.

Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

This is really amazing, here Yahshua (Jesus) is teaching, Him, teaching, it's amazing.

Matt 5:1-12,

Matt 5:13-16, "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is then no longer fit for anything, except to be cast out to be trodden under the feet of men. You are the light of the world. A city which is set on a hill, cannot be hidden. Neither do men light a lamp and hide it under a basket, but put it on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, so they may see your righteous works, and glorify your Father Who is in heaven."
