I have a question regarding the verse in Ephesians 6 which , if I have to paraphrase it would be "for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but principalities ,powers in high places ,etc"
What on earth does it mean!?!
Does it mean:A)That everytime we deal with another unredeemed person, there is a spirit behind them?
B) That we are dealing with a demonically designed system of which the unsaved are servants?
C) That we are tiny humans who are dwarfed by demons who fly through the universe?
I'm sorry if ppl find this scary...but I really have to know....I have heard teaching on this but still dont know how to make sense of it all.

Addendum B to this question would be : What is the armour of God and how do we put it on?

A) The gospel - believing it, living it etc?
B)Do we pray it on?

Addendum C;
What do I do when I feel especially sensitive/overwhelmed by evil I see around me ...especially in public places?

Thanks in advance for your thoughful, intelligent and biblical responses.

It is referring to what satan & his angel followers has determined to do:turn people away from heaven, which means away from Jesus & sound Biblical truth. It is their job basically to PREVENT us from getting to heaven. It's not a stupid question. General Patton once said, "A good soldier knows his enemy". So it's good that every Christian knows these things, "lest they be decieved". Satan hasnt yet been removed from heaven.(Dan.9:24).
No I don't believe that all mean people are possessed by demons. That is a more unnatural, obvious state of being. I have only seen it once in my life, & I am old. I wouldn't have thought this still occurred today, until I saw it for myself. But it is extremely rare as I said. Belief is that it cannot happen unless a person allows it to anyway.("invited") Probably why it is so rare. No we are not dwarfed by demons. Read up. get a concordance & read all the scripture on the subject that's the easiest way. Unredeemed people can be nice people, not always a spirit behind them. Pray on everything, not just this.
I don't know what the full armour of God means here. I am guessing it means to know the Bible, know how your enemy (satan & his angels) operates, & know that your faith is based on the infallible WORD OF GOD. That WORD is your protection. In Jesus' name.

A)That everytime we deal with another unredeemed person, there is a spirit behind them?
No. It is IN them. Deep deep in their heart.

B) That we are dealing with a demonically designed system of which the unsaved are servants?
Yes. A spiritual system that has manifested physically, from deep within our hearts, not from ghosts in the walls.

C) That we are tiny humans who are dwarfed by demons who fly through the universe?
No, we are tiny humans who have demons inside us that we manifest into the universe in the form of materialism, slavery, and confusion. (Assyria, Egypt, and Babylon) Demons that were injected into us against our will as chlidren by watching cartoon violence and family strife, as teens by watching promiscuous media and our peers, and as adults by division based on race, politics, etc., and our aging hatred over trivial things like phone bills and badly parked cars. Deep in the heart, in the seat of our bodily temple.

What is the armour of God and how do we put it on?
14 Stand (assume authority) therefore, having your loins (source of your desires) girt about with truth, (don't deny your real motives, fix them) and having on the breastplate (cover the heart) of righteousness;
15 And your feet (where you "go" spiritually in your mind) shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; (work your way towards a state of mind from which you can fight best)

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts (messages of judgment, false guilt inflicted on you) of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation (attribute to Christ, your head, the concept of Salvation, His name. Not some other helmet like condemnation, revenge, judgment, etc. Only Salvation, the only "Son" manifested by God, out of all His concepts that He could have manifested in a man), and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (divide every word into it's spiritual and physical meanings, and use this in battle)

What do I do when I feel especially sensitive/overwhelmed by evil I see around me ...especially in public places?
Identify yourself possibly as having been slain and dripping under the altar, and recognize that the Lamb might have just opened the simplest one of the seals for you. Wait for the others to see it.
Rev 6:9-11

Peace.
