Hello Deacon_D:You will have to be more specific in what you are asking. There are several prophecies in Daniel and I would not presume to know which you you are talking about....

Yes, there are Miracles but these are relegated to specific areas, especially Medicine. God still works through Mankind and occasionally (as reported in Iran), He and He alone changes the minds of those who at one time practiced Islam but now are Christians at the threat of Death if discovered.

Of course this is my opinion but have seen nothing concrete to change my mind either.

Jesus said that he was unable to work many miracles in his hometown because of unbelief.

There is a great deal more of the miraculous being reported by those serving in 'third world' countries.

Could unbelief rather than unavailability be a better explanation of why we are not seeing miracles?

Hi MarcR: I do believe you are on to something here.. As I stated before, many of the miracles of today are happening through man's medicine, etc. I have heard of many miracles in Iran which probably accounts for the 19% increase in Iranians converting to Christianity. He is doing it by His lonesome. Of course he has never needed us but He chose to go through us. What an honor!!!

I think you are right in that the 'miracles of old' are in the third world countries! Good Call





My definition of 'Miracles of Old': Those miracles where a person has been (blind since birth) or has not able been (to walk since birth), etc.
