Well, I suppose it's like
Exodus 15: 5. The deeps cover them. They went down into the depths like a stone.
The word deep or bottomless seems to be used in that way.

Yes, salt which speaks of judgement (the Red sea). You could say and the deep gave up the dead . A precursor of the Revelation 10 . Where death as to the letter of the law and the suffering in a dying body called hell have there last say.

Revelation 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

In it the sea separate from. The it them the work of the letter of the law a living hell . Believers that are yoked with Christ their load is lighter..they rest in His sabbath .

You could say looking at the above passage., death as hell is taken from the deep seeing it is all one and the same .The wrath of God revealed to the world . . in dying you will die in.

Psalm 36:6 Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O Lord, thou preservest man and beast.

In 2017 in Florida Hurricane Irma pushed all the water of Tampa Bay out into the gulf. A strong wind could do the same to the Red Sea.
That hurricane may make human or animal fly.

Strong hurricane take thousands pound house fly.

It was a miracle to save Israel, It may not wind.

Of course this is true. One cannot appeal to natural process to explain a non-natural event. However, there are some who will try. I was interested to hear what explanations some may offer as to how the children of Israel crossed on dry land at an area where the water depths are about 1000 ft.
There was a strong East wind all night. Barry Setterfield opines that there might be transient tectonic forces of uplift. BTW the crossing unquestionably occured at the Gulf of Aqaba, the Straits of Tiran being the stronger candidate than Nueba beach. The precise nature of the forces at work are frankly unknown. A purely supernatural theory is fine, but there seems to be many things at work.....for example the pillar of fire.....hardly commonplace.

Physics is one thing but more interesting is: what sea are we talking about.

In English translations it is Red Sea, but that is not necessarily the case in original Hebrew (Biblia Hebraica)

Exodus 13:8: the word yam suph (יַם־ס֑וּף ) is "reed sea". For example in Finnish translation it is "reed sea" (Kaislameri). There is a note, that this probably means Red Sea, but it is an assumption.

The same word is also used in Exodus 15:4.

Yes there is good reason to consider that yam suph may not mean Sea of Reeds at all. Because of how it is used in other verses.
I can't remember the verse/s off the top of my head. I have a study on it somewhere.
