1689 baptist confessions of faith - never heard of it
1644 Westminster Confession - I think I heard of it, but I have never read it

The Second Helvetic Confession - I accept it, mostly
Heidelberg Catechism - I accept it, mostly

There were so many national reformations in Europe that almost every country had its own and therefore will have its own creed or confession.

I think that the important thing for being reformed is accepting 5 solas in the context of some reformation branch. (For example pentecostals probably accept 5 solas, but I would not call them reformed)
