I had the same thing happen and it actually led to my seeking out God and turning to Christ. I kept seeing the same set of three numbers appear in random places. To me it was a sign that there is something beyond this world trying to get my attention, and I felt that maybe God is calling me. I was right.
After I became a believer I searched the bible for those three numbers and was shocked to see a scripture that fit perfectly with what I was going through at that time. The numbers I kept seeing were '222'.
"Every day I call to you, my God, but you do not answer. Every night you hear my voice, but I find no relief." - Psalm 22:2

911 over and over, clocks, barcodes, random assorted numbers I just keep seeing it.

You can get a 'dream chart' that dreamer use for that very purpose. It has all the books and chapters and number of verses listed. It makes it easy to look up which chapters have x number of verses and eliminates having to check each chapter of the Bible.
You could be searching for someth 9:11 or 91:1 OR ti could be that the Lord is telling you that YOU have an emergency that needs to be addressed spiritually.

How about this... if God is trying to tell you something why not wait til He reveals it to you. I honestly don't think God is going to send you on some random search through the bible to try and guess what He's trying to tell you. Seems to me if you have to try this hard to make some kind of meaning out of it maybe there is no meaning to it at all. Honestly, to me, this is sounding more like superstition than God.
And then the numbers 911... of course you're seeing them everywhere. Because they are everywhere, as this year is the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. That number is all over the place. So that number is more likely to stick out in your mind, so that when you see it in other places its automatically going to pop out. Once your mind becomes aware of something, you notice it more often in other contexts. It happens to me regularly with various things.
My advice, stop paying any attention to it, set it aside, maybe pray that if it is God He will reveal it to you more clearly, but otherwise i wouldn't give it a second thought.
