Israel is a very specific people, not all people. The repentance is given to Israel Acts 5:31 which includes some gentiles Acts 11:18

It doesnt, its implied since Israel there is the Church. The church is composed of jew and gentile elect, the seed of Abraham Gal 3:29

29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Two things here, This is the Church, the Body of Christ and its Abrahams Seed which is Israel. This is Abrahams Spiritual Seed.

I don't think you have much at all that is not based on ' implied ' . I keep showing you what it actually says . Why can you not actually stay with the text ? why are you going to galations when we are in a transitional book where Paul is yet to be converted to reveal the ' mystery ' of the ' jew , gentile ' one body ' ?

Again Christ gives repentance as the risen Saviour Acts 5:30-31 11

30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. 31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

Two Gifts of the risen Saviour, that come from/out of Him are Repentance and Forgiveness of sins.

Now Jesus Himself commands that these things be preached in His Name, because they flow from Him Lk 24:46-47

Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: 47 and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Neither repentance nor forgiveness of sins have their source in man, but in Christ and His finished work !

God also to the Gentiles GRANTED repentance”) is plainly talking about God’s allowing the Gentiles a chance to get in on the Gospel privileges and promises, exactly as we find it in Romans 11:1–28.

30For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

31Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

32For God hath concluded them ALL in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon ALL .

Yes Romans 11 really is a follow on from Romans 9 and 10 .

Thanks OP but there is one simple fact about this and that is its not written in the word "repentance is a gift" or you would have posted the verse. The verses you posted do not say it. This is forgive me just one of those classic "what it really means, what it is really saying".

You could have tossed in 2nd Tim 2 25 "Opponents must be gently instructed, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth,"

Again no where does it say a gift in His word.

Sure it's written repentance is a gift and I gave scripture for it . It is given, that means gift.

No what happens is you go " explanation, explanation , implies, assumes ....verse " This is systematic theology. It relies on syllogism s , inference , story telling, proof texting and assumption. Its a ideology in search of a proof text.

If one has been Blessed with The Holy Spirit, then of course we will be convicted of our wrongs,
and know that our Saviour awaits our humble contriteness in willing confession,
this sets us FREE...
