He said every one of you should be baptized. So, even if you, is singular, the context bears out that he was telling that whole group of people to be baptized.

And yes, each person is called individually to repent.

Isa 51:1, Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged.
Isa 51:2, Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.
Lol

he told everyone to repent.

look it up in the greek. your wrong

What do you make of Ezekiel 36:25-27?
it has to be understood alongside several other things, including Ephesians 5:26-27, and John 15:3. both the passage in Ezekiel and in Ephesians are set in a marriage context - reconciliaton of an estranged wife, in Ezekiel, and betrothal in Ephesians.

part of the betrothal process is the washing of the betrothed bride, but this is done with immersion, tho in Ezekiel we have sprinkling - which is reminiscent of the dedication of the holy things in the temple

Cornelius and his household received the Holy Spirit as the disciples did at Pentecost and spoke in tongues before they were baptised in water(Acts ch10)
So Peter may have revised an opinion he may have earlier stated-if he meant it carte blanche.

This was an exception to the rule (the rule which is found in Acts 2:38-39) in order that the circumcision group might have nothing bad to say about Gentiles being saved / baptized.

So what if I told you I was baptised in the Spirit and spoke in tongues before I was baptised in water?

I would say that I was too.

And that in my specific case, God knew ahead of time that I would be baptized in Jesus' Name and gave me the gift of the Holy Ghost because of predestination.

But I would say also, that there is such a thing as false tongues; and since I have never heard you speak in tongues I have no basis for discernment.

Many years ago I went to hear an internationally known evangelist preach. After the service a few of us went into a side room for prayer by the Evangelist. Though I had never met them before, they told me much about my life and conformed I spoke in (genuine)tongues.
I will simply accept your word that you have genuine tongues

1 Peter 3:20-21
“...God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:”
