I resemble this remark.
brother regarding the message you sent my fingers are very arthritic and buttons are small . I often try to correct spelling but don’t have time I apologize but it’s the best I can do and still type a message in less than an hour I don’t know how to use autocorrect or I would and can never quite get it corrected before time expires

It's not that bad but on occasion I just totally lose what a sentence is really saying. Thanks for the reply and posts.

Brother I don’t blame you when I read back through I have the same issue , it’s why I try to correct it but often I’m not fast enough

I will try though to maybe re read and things beforehand

well I think if you get too deep into it (Scofield's annotations) it soon collapses on itself like a pack of cards
That is a rather superficial and inaccurate assessment. Obviously you have never used the Scofield Reference Bible. And people should not bad mouth what they know nothing about.

A friend gave me a “Thomson’s Chain Reference Bible” a few years back. Anybody have much experience or an opinion on its usefulness?

It is a helpful Bible overall, but does not carefully distinguish between the true text and the corrupt text in their chart of Bible streams.

of course but who actually believes that. And why?
Well, you said, "If people think any of the notes of any study bible is scripture they need more help than we can give them," or something, so you evidently imagine some people do, and for reasons of their own, presumably. Why write it if you think no one thinks this way?

my KJV bible doesnt have any notes in it

I think its just easier to read it from page 1 to page 732 if reading for the first time. i.e Genesis to Revelation.

Rather than back and forth and upside down like a lot of people do.
