Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, and from Jesus Christ.(Revelation 1:4-5
The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.

3. The Spirit of Understanding.
4. The Spirit of Counsel.
5. The Spirit of Might.
6. The Spirit of Knowledge.
7. The Spirit of Fear of the Lord.

Seven is God's number; I believe this is why God has seven spirits before Him. I do not believe the seven spirits are God. They might even be the princes of spirits. Like the angels are said to have princes like Gabriel and Micheal.
