Never really understood baseball, is it like rounders but without the face
protection. Rounders is taught at all first schools in the UK.

You hit the ball and run, if you get all the way around the 4 bases without
having to stop or being caught out, or the base being tagged with the ball,
you score a rounder with a higher number of points. If you have to stop
at bases and do not get all the way around in one run, you get less points
or half a rounder.

If the bowler throws three "no balls" in a row the opposing team gets half
a rounder. There are lots of variations to the rules.

Hmm, that's similar, Miri, but scoring points are different. Not totally sure about the points in baseball; I think I could explain, but I don't want to accidentally give you wrong info =P.

What is your avatar by the way - can't quite work it out.
it looks like it could be an old potato past its sell by date, or maybe a strange
looking mushroom. Or maybe the knitted toe of a sock :)

Baseball?
For every touchdown you make you get 27 points.

What made the Ark untouchable was the presence of God in association with that object. The ark was the mercy seat, the throne, the seat of judgment. When the people forsook God then God abandoned Israel to the nations. His presence was no longer in the temple or anything associated with it. You see this when the Philistines stole the ark from king Saul's army in 1 Samuel 5 and carried it away to Ashdod and brought set it by their god Dagon. None the Philistines died as a result of contact with the ark.
Thanks I get it now....

I do not remember the text in 1Samuel saying that any of the Philistines died as a result of the presence of the ark but it does say that God struck them with hemorrhoids and they sure didn't waste any time getting the ark out of their territory after that. You cannot tell me that God does not have a sense of humor.

Even though I had a rough day, I made homemade baked beans, yellow rice, chicken, biscuits & gravy. It was yummy and now I feel better. :)

Didn't the temple gods fall over and break too?
