Cuz we are little wussies and are afraid of that which disturbs the little box that we put God in.
Yes, of course, how could I forget about that little box that is the limit of everything...

IMHO, there are sadly some bullies around this forum. I'm not saying they aren't Christians, but they need to grow up and see people through the eyes of Jesus.

I agree we need to stand up for correct doctrine. But that does not mean harassing people and hurting them personally.

I always was someone to defend the underdog, however they became the underdog!

I had a terrible time yesterday which led me to contemplate why I even joined this site. Fellowship was the main reason. I don't have many Christian friends I hangout with. Most of my other friends don't want to discuss "religion". I will try again, but I will not participate in the Catholic hate threads nor will I answer anymore Catholic questions. I realize now the questions are just set ups to ridicule me.
I know there have been a few times where I contemplated the same thing, but then thanks to this thread I have gained friendships because I wouldn't be be the same person without them. I am happy you decided to give it a second chance and I welcome you here with open arms as you are a beloved brother in Christ.

I think the BDF is really getting to me!

I just had JWs at my door, and I refused to open it.

I could have argued with them for hours, but what would have been the point?

Very sad that I could not manage to even open the door for them, for fear of a big argument.

I'll bet you felt misunderstood and judged. That sucks to feel that way. I think a person has to be on guard about what really is the truth about yourself around here and stand on that.

Thank you! I would rather discuss God and things of that nature and all I've been doing is defending my faith and I admit it has not been pretty at times.

My Pastor mentioned to me that one time some JW's came to his door and the first thing they asked him was, "do you have a college education" and they told him that if he didn't then they were not going to waste their time with him.

Just got out from the prayer meeting. Thanks to everyone who prayed. And now we keep declaring the victory and continue to walk in faith. The devil will keep trying, but he has no chance against the blood of Jesus. Amen!
