Lol no I don't have to go there at all.

But what happens also, is people from KFC knock my door to try and tell me how great the chicken is. Ive got people stopping me in the street telling me how great the chicken is.

There's people who want to go to my kids school and tell them how great the chicken is. People want to try and pass laws relating to how great the chicken is and try to prevent the vegetarians having equal rights.

KFC would be fine if it stayed in KFC
Again its your house and your the boss there ...you can tell them to leave or refuse to listen...the true faith is not forced on anyone...but we have a right to express it and have a place where we accept the truth of God as being the truth.

the title of this thread IS called "speak your mind", right? I'm assuming that means we can speak our mind on whatever topic we each individually choose.. I choose to talk about food. Somebody get me some iced coffee and a jelly donut.
Hum I wonder where you got the donut idea?.....Blond sneaks off chuckling.....

Neat..... One of the few people here who would know what I mean when I mention a CO TOT of 738c.
Whatever ya do, try not to exceed 738c, and never anywhere close to 810c. Disastrous things happen.

Just gave away my age, didn't I? Oops. Never mind. It's underneath my avatar.

Hey, I thought your desire was to NOT turn this thread into one of THOSE threads? I thought you had agreed that the best approach was to start/author your own thread? What happened? Just saying.

I don't really care one way or the other, but it seems to me if someone says the best way to approach something is "......................" and then does something different, I just gotta sit here and go ?????????

This thread is of nothing in particular. Theres no original topic to deviate from and anyone can talk about anything.

So I don't see your point.

Maybe there is something to be said for the chicken since everyone is talking about it.... At least you can't say you didn't hear about the chicken....lol

That's true.. I'm very aware of chicken now lol. On a non religious note.. I do love Indian food. Just wanted to say that without it looking like I favour another religion lol

:) It wasn't my point, I said I didn't care.........it was you that made the observation/point..........I don't care.....have at it.

But, you made the point of another thread being the ideal way to express your views on various subjects.

See, here, folks are gonna begin to derail your commentaries with various other topics, and whatever point you were hoping to make will be lost in the vast postings of favorite foods, and other such topics.

Ok with me though.

I still fly. Rocky Mountain Helicopter has a repair facility over in Overland Park at Executive. I do check rides of repairs for them, just to get my hours. Cheapest test pilot they ever had.

Honestly, these days, fixed wing is easier. Man, never thought I'd say that! But my wife prefers it. I've told her the "fixed-wings-glide-rotary-wing-drops-like-a-stone" rule of physics. I think that's why.

Plus the Colonel hasn't got things written around the store saying that people who don't eat chicken deserve to go to hell or that vegetarians are sinners etc. Now that would upset me lol.
wait, wait, wait....are you implying those things aren't true??

Colin, you're a lot worse off than i thought! :p

kidding....trust me, i'm a lot worse off than i think.
i think?

Thats just not true.....if an Egyptian man farms peanuts in Tennessee, you're not go be able to have a peaceful night sleep if a moose can't find a suitable meadow to knit scarfs in.

Besides that, if something happened to you, she COULD drive the thing down like a car.

My husband amuses me with always wanting to throw stuff out....so I buy a new Mr. Coffee one that makes 12 cups as a single person I had a coffee maker that made 4 cups....I had gotten some coffee filters at a thrift store a while back and kept them for backup filters when the ones that fit the coffee maker were gone. These filters would have fit in the Mr. Coffee Maker...So it arrives today the new machine and I go looking for the filters....yep...hubby says he may have thrown them out....I laughed and have forgiven him.

Hubby went to store to buy coffee filters main reason to go to store was getting ice cream....but he came home with filters....maybe he was a touch feeling guilty....men are funny.....lol
