i think i might have to take a nap this afternoon.

i need to go clothes shopping because my clothes are fitting loose on me. but.. i hate clothes shopping.

the struggle.
I don't enjoy shopping at malls or huge department stores either (unless they have a clearance rack.) But put me in a Goodwill or Salvation Army store or get me to a huge church bizarre where they have tables of clothing, and I am a happy camper! \:D/ Over the years I've gotten brand new Doc Martens, Ralph Lauren, Clara Sunwoo, L.L. Bean, GAP jeans, Neiman Marcus, Donna Karan, etc. with original price tags still on them! And for less than $10 most times. Usually less than $5.00! Mind you, some may be last year's fashion but who cares?!?

If it fits, if it accentuates the positive, and if it costs less than ten bucks, I'm good to go. :)

It sure is, hang around, pull you up a chair. No one will bite
your head off, I promise. If they do, Mom, (Ellie) and a few
more will take care of it.
This thread is for fellowship, lifting up each other, praying
for one another. Also, speaking your mind within reason.

You're not like most women then, they would rather shop
than to ---------------------????
Gimme a break please! Men shop just as much as women!! Hahahaha!! Cars, tools, fishing gear, electronics, gadgets, thingamabobs, etc. The only difference is in the way men and women shop. When shopping for clothing, granted most women get caught up in confirming sizes, fit, colors, fabrics, function ability, quality, price comparison, etc. Most men who buy clothing do so by walking into the store with an idea of what they want, see something on the store shelf, grab it and without another thought, go straight to the checkout counter. Otherwise, you see these same men all over every store with their eyes as big as saucers while standing mesmerized by a power tool display, a rack of electronics, leather recliners, humongous barbeque grills, or in front of the latest mammoth-size flat screen TV. LOLOL!!!

I have'nt been in a dept store in 15 years. I wouldn't know how
to act. I go to the feed& seed, tractor place, gas station, tire store,
other than that, my wife shops for me.
If she knew what I needed from where I do go, well, she would do
that for me also. I do my Christmas shopping online, no fighting
the idiots that come out around that time.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!! I was researching scripture online and clicked on a site that looked like a Bible study link. It was not. *gasp* Is was anti-Jesus and anti-peace and anti-everything else. It was not good. Now I'm wondering if I sent out or got any negative "pings" ? I don't wanna be linked to no bad stuff. *sigh*

When I go clothes shopping, it's usually because I know what I want. If I can't find it in 20 mins, I'm done! Lol jk.

I can spend hours in a bookstore or electronic store. Teehee.

I haven't been to an antique store in a while, but I could spend hours in those, too. :D

I have 4 items that I'm gonna order from my magazines next month.. An over-the-door hook rack with black cats on it, :) a toilet paper holder with an orange kitty on it and holds 2 rolls of toilet paper. :) And I'm ordering a mop and bucket set, and some colorful metal tulips to put in my flower box on the back porch.. :)

Thanks Lady Blue, I plan on going to see her in the
morning, if I'm up to it. I know that prayer works, I
know that God was and his with her. She has a long
way to go, I know that God did not bring her this far,
for her not to be completely healed.
