Yessss. Pancakes are just great. I eat lean meats, veggies, fruits, grains...and I'm just ready to indulge today. Plus, I use my "fitness coach" status as an excuse haha. I tell all my clients that a meal is okay to do bad on.

confuse her, then ask her to make them....if it doesnt work, just eat the batter, or make them yourself, except you may have to barricade yourself in the kitchen. Lol

Well, its not cold but it is on high. I am currently sitting in my bedroom which is the hottest room in the house. This is one thing I don't get. Most of the time I am chilly and my dad would give me such a hard time growing up because it would be 100 degrees and I would be on the couch with a blanket before we got an air conditioner.

Hello Sky, how are you?
The breathing treatments are working somewhat.
The new meds are hit and miss, some days good,
other days not so much.

Thank you for the prayers, I'm going to the hospital
in the morning for a breathing test, then a breathing
treatment, and then another breathing test. I plan on
going to see April while I'm there. Will post when I get
back home.
Sorry you're not on much these days, we miss you.
Still praying for you, as you will always be in my
prayers.

I do that a lot. I normally do it to my professors or youth pastor though. They tend to like the ideas I plant.

Criminal justice, then planning on to law school. I had one professor who was a retired California Highway Patrol Officer, he loved my ideas...we drove each other crazy lol

Oh, I was thinking of doing a degree in criminal justice but chose to do a PhD in Psychology. That's really cool! Haha, I'm sure you guys did drive each other crazy.

My wife grew up in Camas Washington (not far from Portland Oregon) until her parents moved to Missouri when she was a teenager.

That is cool, i have to take a bunch of psychology classes. PHD, that takes a lot.
Never challenge a professor to a bunch of games though.
