Yes, Christianity is in the process of being outlawed; it is being labelled as hate speech to talk of sin. Then you have the popularity contestants like Oprah and/or the Dalai Lama promoting their versions of many roads leading to God, i.e., Jesus is made moot. While I can freely acknowledge that God calls people from every and all walks of life, I can see how some might think all roads lead to Him but that is not what they are saying. They think they can make up a God of their imagination that leaves the Bible in the dust because they reject it, having no understanding of Scripture without the Holy Spirit of God. In other words, they are making God acceptable to themselves by rejecting what God has revealed about Himself, instead of making themselves acceptable to Him by accepting what He has revealed about Himself.

Great devotional this morning.. And too good not too share.

Accept each day exactly as it comes to you. By that, I mean not only the circumstances of your day but also the condition of your body. Your assignment is to trust Me absolutely, resting in My sovereignty and faithfulness.
On some days, your circumstances and your physical condition feel out of balance: The demands on you seem far greater than your strength. Days like that present a choice between two alternatives—giving up or relying on Me. Even if you wrongly choose the first alternative, I will not reject you. You can turn to Me at any point, and I will help you crawl out of the mire of discouragement. I will infuse My strength into you moment by moment, giving you all that you need for this day. Trust Me, by relying on My empowering Presence.

Okay, I thought my foot was okay and so I started doing chores around the house, including running up and down the stairs. I know bad idea. Well the pain is getting worse and falling asleep on me so I made an appointment to get it checked out this afternoon. I just hope nothing is wrong because my other foot did this and I ended up in a boot. Please be praying

Actually, Old Hermit sold the Speak Thread company months ago.
Bummer, the stock just went through the roof.



He mentioned that he did this one other time too.....with a little computer company called Macintosh?

I had such a great time at the doctors office. Let's see, I scared the X ray tech just by sitting in the waiting room and the doctor and I talked and told me some stories and I got checked out by the PA who kinda likes me in fact I caught him doing it. To be honest it made me forget about my foot

Marie, how can you tell when people are checking you out? I've been told that so and so is checking me out but I've never noticed it before. I can't really tell but I would like to know. How can a woman tell? Do they just stare back at you or what?
I'm a oblivious to these kinds of things. lol

My family always says I am a character and get my sense of humor from my dad. My foot is really bruised, but not fractured.

Well, it can be different in each instance, but today when the X ray tech walked me to my room we passed by him and he smiled as did I and we turned around the corner I looked back and he just stood there staring at me walk away from me licking his lips. A couple months ago this same man kept asking if I was single or married, winked at me and followed me into the waiting room. A little weird if you ask me
