Just set up my computer table again..Part of my PT is "learning" how to sit properly when I'm at my computer. This scares me because for so long I wasn't able to sit AT ALL. Sitting so much and long at the computer is partly why my back herniated.. So my PT wants me to sit in the computer chair for 3-5 minutes 3x a day, and build up the tolerance again.. I need to get a timer because when I'm on the computer, I lose all track of time. Three minutes could become three hours..lol
