My grandma passed away in 1997
I was reading her old bible, and I had to smile and cry at the same time....you know how that goes. lol
But in gospel according to John, chapter 3

Howdy folks! Long time no see. My RA has been bad, so I didn't want to come on here and whine. Yesterday was one of the worst days ever!
But today is a different story. Typing and using my hands barely hurts. I sure hope I can hang onto this feeling, of being in so little pain.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. We spent it with our youngest son, his wife and their children and his wife's parents. It was a very nice time, although I certainly overdid the cooking thing - starting at 10 am and the stove finally got shut off at 6 pm. I got a new Kitchen Aid mixer, I am very excited about using. But tomorrow. Today is a rest day, for the body, at least!
So how is everyone doing? It is snowing buckets here today. The roads are probably bad, but nothing like what happened in Texas. I have lots of friends there - one was 2 miles from a tornado touchdown, and others had their homes and churches destroyed. I also hope Melita is ok.

i know she lives in Texas but she hasn't been on in awhile... I'm kinda getting worried about her. I think she was in the path of the storms the other day... So I hope she's safe

Hey, friends. Sorry for being M.I.A. lol I'm safe though. We had a big thunderstorm in the wee hours of the morning. Now it's cold and wet outside. I'm not about that life lol.
