I am sooooooooo very tired of going to the Store and buying a box of Saltines, and getting them home ONLY TO FIND that (when I open them to partake of them) they are SO VERY STALE! My usual brand is:

But I have tried Store Brands, and other Name Brands........and it never seems to make a difference. I don't know how many times in the past year I have cooked up a pot of beans or chili and went to the Store for Saltines......and they are ALWAYS stale! Have Saltines gone so far out of STYLE that there are no longer fresh stocks of them to be purchased?

I know, I know I can crush them up and put in my beans/chili, but I really like to eat them separately with the beans/chili and/or just some good Cheder!

Anyway, I am soooooo very tired of this.......

My problem is patience... Whoops did I say it out loud? My dad is a handyman but when I try to do something I know what to do and how the end result should look but when I stand back to admire the "monstrosity" I created I want to scream, tantrum and shout...

But I'm a work in progress.... So it will come, I've been patient enough for other things in my life.. What's another couple of years?

Our son forgot to close our gate the other day and my two "puppies" took our neighbourhood by storm. The best reaction was when they saw me... they froze and ran back home tail between the legs ... They saw that dad was not pleased with their actions

Hmmmm... Tail between her legs... But running the other way. Lol is what my Dog does. Lol She's very spontaneous and very loving when she wants to be... But very VERY stubborn!

She doesn't mind well either. Could be she's been couped up for so long... May or my not be mommas fault.

Our "W" is not that bad but they expect snow on Monday. Snow in Johannesburg? Who knew it is possible?

Our highs is on average 70 and the lows seldom lower than 46 which is a mild "w" in any language (I had to google farenheit vs celcius ).

If you move to the bushveld it is even higher...
