I havent slept well in a while and I mentioned that at the neurologist (had to go because of migraines comeing over and over again due to the computers in school) and he told me to take a high dose of magnesium b4 I go to sleep (between 300-600mg) and I took 500 and ended up sleeping like a baby you could try that
Im glad you're getting sleep,its so important for the health.Well the neurologist kicked my bum because I stopped taking my vitamins as it makes my eyes very light sensitive so now I am taking the B2 again and got myself some sunglasses. Then I went to the optician only to find out that my eyes got 3x worse and will most likely get glasses and need to go to eye doc.
Oh yes I was going to ask you how the doc went! Im glad you found something that works for you. Actually I just went for blood tests and they said everything was where it should be. But a pharmacist friend said that my magnesium my still be low. I guess they have a national average number but its not the same for everyone. Long story short I think Im going to try magnesium and see if it helps. Im glad you're getting sleep,its so important for the health.

Where I live now you can carry mace,have a permit to carry a gun and a taser. I have police grade mace,hubby has guns,and we have a taser. Plus a German Shepard who is going to be taught the "watch" command. We like to give the Lord a little help around here,we know He's mighty busy. But I dont think you can carry mace where I came from in Canada,nor a taser.

One customer gave me a $100 gift card for Honey Baked Ham and another customer gave me a $100 gift card for Carrabba's Italian restaurant!

My husband drives for one of the major courier companies.Hardly see him during Christmas.
Long hours and beat by the time he gets home.
My hubby works for a contractor with the company so he just gets regular pay. A little extra for working on Saturday. But at least he has work, many dont.
